I've found that many items can be found on other sites for much less. Unless we need the item the next day, I usually order from Amazon.com or OfficeDepot.com now.

Strengths: Quick Delivery

Needs to improve: Staples corporate (staplesadvantage.com) web site needs a lot of improvements. There are close to NO advantages to using this site over the general public site (staples.com). Many items available on the general site can not be found on the corporate site, the ones that are available are barely discounted (some not discounted at all), the search tool isn't very helpful either. Unless you have the staples item number, your better office browsing the categories than using the search option.

Whenever we need to refill office supplies we go to Staples do their selection, prices and numerous locations. Staples has a large selection of items from tape to staples and staplers and everything in between. They additionally on almost all of their products have great prices on all of their products, and they carry many name brand products as well. The only negative is that occasionally a store will not have certain items in stock. Besides all this I recommend them as a place to buy all of your office supply items due to their excellence.

Strengths: Staples is a convenient supplier of many office supplies such as staplers, tape, and many other office products that are name brand and come at excellent prices, they also have a lot of store locations that makes it easy to get to stores.

Needs to improve: A sometimes small selection of items in a store.

they made an app to advertise their current sales and coupons. However this app only works sometimes.

depending on the associate, and what you buy, they will sometimes offer to help you load your items into your car. that is very kind.

their rebate system is very dependable, and can be filled out online rather sending in something in the the mail.

Strengths: Large inventory of supplies that you need right away.

Locations that are generally where you need them to be.

Wide variety of services to make it a one stop place for multiple items on the need to do list.

Needs to improve: organization of where products are kept in the store is not the same from one to the other. will sometimes need to request for help to find some items. smell of my local store isn't the most pleasant.

Staples surpasses any other office/printing store. Office Max and Office Depot have nothing on Staples and anything that they can do Staples can out do with a click of a button.

Strengths: Everytime I have ordered prints to be made whether it be of blue prints or contracts Staples have issued them in a timely manner and perfect to my expectations. There is no wait time if I email them to the store and it is ready by the time I get there waiting at the checkout desk for me to pick up and leave. Doing business with Staples is not only efficient it is also effective.

Needs to improve: I have yet to come across any areas that Staples has to improve in. the only thing I wish for is that there was one closer to my business.

They go out of there way to comply with any request you may have and they do it with a smile. They have never been late on any order i have placed with them and the quality in such a fast turn around time it truly sets them above the rest.

Strengths: Great customer service! Fast and easy ordering. My security company has used Staples for a little over a year now to print flyers and posters for demonstrations and advertising. They have an amazing fast turn around time and they are rite down the street. Couldnt ask for a better company.

Needs to improve: Prices are a little steap on custom posters and flyers but the fast turn around time and great quality of work more than make up for the price difference.

This store has great customer service. I'm always greeted at the door and asked if I need any assistance finding what I'm looking for. I usually come in on my lunch break for a specific purpose, so it's helpful to have an employee walk me to the exact aisle where I can find what I need. It saves me a lot of time, especially when I need an item right away.

Strengths: Staples has a wide selection of office supplies that are immediately available.

Needs to improve: Brick and mortar stores are far more expensive than their online counterparts. Also, there are not that many stores in our County, so returns are inconvenient if you don't live or work near a store.

There's not much to tell here. The ordering process online has been pretty straight forward and usually my in store experiences do not require much assistance. That is a good thing, as the stores are always well stocked, clean and well labeled.

Strengths: Aside from a vast array of office supplies, Staples has a solid selection of toner if you are in a bind. Had a business account with them for office supplies. Ordering was simple and delivery was very fast.

Needs to improve: Staples doesn't always have the best prices out there. These days when I go into a physical store it's because I need something in a hurry. While the stores are conveniently located to suit these needs, I sometimes walk out begrudgingly because I know i overpaid.

Exceptional customer service. Returns directly to the store or via mail was easy. Great selection of supplies.

Strengths: Business ordering is very simple at a very discounted bulk price. Shipping office supply is very fast and efficient. Staples has one of the widest selections around and with local locations you can never make a bad order. Very simple to return to a location if you don't want to bother shipping items back for return. Their sub company Quill is another great office supplier. Both are very efficient in turnaround with accurate descriptions and easy to use ordering systems.

Needs to improve: Staple and Quill are part of the same company yet they do not know the others' prices and sometimes their business reps will offer the same products at different prices.

I order most of all our office supplies and furniture through staples. If you can avoid calling them and speaking with a rep. then I suggest you do. Purchasing online and is a preferred method. The customer service really do not know what they are talking about

Strengths: I have had a fantastic experience with staples and their products. Our company used all staples products for our employee. Staples products may be a little pricey, but due to the quality and variety I believe purchasing from Staples is an investment you will not regret.

Needs to improve: Their customer support is a bit lacking in understanding of the product. I was had to resolve most of the issues on myself.

At our company, we use staples for our mass printing. We use them to make our business card and the prices for them are really reasonable. They are print them extremely quickly and efficiently. All of the staff know what they are doing and are very helpful. Their prices are very reasonable and they have a very wide selection of products. We also use their office supplies like pens, paper, and filing supplies. They have a large amount of products to choose from and all good prices. Other office supply stores sell the same if not more amount of products, but staples has better prices and better staff.

I have gone to staples for many of my classroom needs. I recently bought a desk for my classroom. It was well built and Staples provided excellent customer service in helping me find the perfect desk. I usually always go buy my ink for my printers as well. I love that they recycle the ink cartridges as well. Again, if needed it can definitely be a one stop shop.

In our institutions where bulks of office supplies, office equipment etc is needed in our daily working routine, we contacted Staples to provide us a price list of all the things we needed from papers, printer, inks, and anything than an office needed and we are amazed by the price list they have provided to us. The customer service is very helpful and knowledgeable about their products either the brand names, sizes and the prices. And they deliver the items ahead of our expected time. Amazing!

Strengths: They have wide selections of office supplies, technology, printer ink, furniture, cleaning supplies, copy & print services etc with good quality and low cost price compared to other vendors.

If we don't order office items in bulk and are in need of something immediate, the convenience of Staples is difficult to turn down. Close proximity to our office with a wide selection from pens to printers. We often need to stock up on reams of paper (of a specific type) and quickly dispatch the most available colleague at our small firm to get things done. Customer service is always great, prices are decent but ultimately if you're close by, it's extremely easy. Happy to recommend and will continue to support.

They over delivered. Did not think they can deliver to my door a massive order the next day! I love Staples.

Strengths: Excellent customer service and delivers next day even for big orders! We use staples.com for regular office supplies and they are great. They even deliver big boxes of reams of paper to our office the next day. A must use resource for office managers.

Needs to improve: Pricing may not always be cheapest if you shop around, but typically buy office supply on an as-needed basis which usually requires immediate delivery so you pay for the quick service. But no real weaknesses.

We have weekly supplies orders to Staples. Our administrator assistant has Staple's catalog all tabbed and ready with the stuff we typically order and re order. I'm sure she has all the numbers and pages memorized. We get everything from them, pens, papers, pencils, binders, laminate, tape, sheet protectors, anything and everything you need in an office we get from them. They deliver as promised and are always super friendly. Everyone's go to for office supplies.

i love this store and the employees. use to work here as a kid and have nothing but good memories. some of the people are still there which goes to show you that its a stable staples location.

Strengths: great rates. great employees in moorestown. conveniently located in a great shopping center. customer service center is awesome. getting copies and pictures printed out is great here.

Needs to improve: will occasionally get a bad store manager. some of the young employees have no clue what your looking for. large boxes of furniture will sometimes look like its been through the grinder

Staples is your one stop shop for office supplies. From paper, pens, ink, calenders, and even office furniture they have it all.

Strengths: Staples is the only place to go that would have all your office needs. It seems like all of the companies I have worked at for the last 18 years have been ordering supplies from Staples. There deliveries are always prompt and orders come as they should.

Needs to improve: There have been 1 or 2 occassions where I would have to call about our deliveries but 1 or 2 times out of 18 years of professional experience is nothing.

I have always had a good experience with Staples. Their items are generally quality items, and in the event that I want to return any items they are accommodating.

Strengths: Staples has a great deal of variety in office supplies and I believe thats what sets them apart from the rest. If you have have specific requests as to product size, color, quantity, etc. -- they will generally have something to accommodate that request.

Needs to improve: You are definitely paying for the variety factor. Staples is generally pricier than its competitors, however you pay for what you get.
