I used Costco to buy everything from kitchen supplies to food to folding chairs. It is great to have a place so close to work that has so much stuff related to the food industry. A real life saver!

I use Fed Ex Kinko's often for printing various projects that require high quality color. They have the best service for that. The staff can be hit and miss but if you find the right store they are a great resource especially with the late hours they keep

As an office manager I had to watch costs. Vista Print was great when creating business cards for the folks in the office. They came in on time and the prices were very, very good.

In the restaurant industry it is very important to work with reliable companies to make sure you have what you need come opening. Aramark was always there when they said they would be and were very affordable. They cleaned our table linens

I used them for our kitchen staff uniforms at a night club. They were always on time with pick up and delivery with competitive pricing. The uniforms were always clean when returned

Strengths: Shred-It beats the cost and rates of all other secure document shredding. High volume, secure document shredding for proper document disposal.

Needs to improve: Scheduling conflicts have occurred on several occasions, but for the great rates it may be with the compromise.

Kelly Paper offer a huge variety of products, at competitive prices and next day delivery.

Strengths: Kelly Paper offers great paper and labeling products at very competitive prices. Kelly Paper also offers next day delivery with orders over $100. The delivery service really saves time

Needs to improve: Some products are offered at a cheaper cost than its competitors but at a noticeably lower quality. If you need durable file folders or labels, opt for the higher quality brands.

Food is always fresh and competitively priced.

Strengths: Togo's offers a number of tasty, healthy options if your task is to cater a large group for lunch. Their breads are fresh as well as the produce and salads. Few can also resist the fresh baked big cookies for dessert.

Needs to improve: Large orders are not available on short notice. Definitely want to order at least 48 hours in advance.

Starbucks definitely provides a good, quality product and includes healthier options, which is a great bonus. For corporate events or meetings, it's best to order in advance.

Strengths: Great products. Provider of gourmet coffees and tea as well as pasties, sandwiches and desserts.

Needs to improve: Pricing is on the high side for most menu items. Quality doesn't come cheap.

Airgas provided excellent service and an outstanding product, with competitive pricing.

Strengths: The customer service department at Airgas was quick to respond to service requests. Rates were reasonable and drivers were always prompt and courteous for deliveries. Airgas reps were helpful in converting gas lines and equipment from previous service. Excellent choice for professional, on-time service and competitive prices.

Needs to improve: During the time that we conducted business with Airgas, the only downside was having to sign an annual contract. We preferred to have month to month service but so many service companies are asking for contracts. In the end, Airgas provided excellent service so having a contract was not an issue.
