We've ordered many processing equipment from Beahm, This is one of their specialties. We recently ordered a fixture that they said would be no problem. This was an understatement. Not only were they late with the delivery but the fixture did not meet our specifications. We had to return it for rework. It was promised to be redelivered by the end of May. It finally got to us on June 4th. It agin does not meet our specifications. Very frustrating and extremely disappointed.
Strengths: Hot Boxes
Needs to improve: Over promises, does not meet delivery dates

I have worked with Laserage for more than 10 years and have found them to be a great vendor with incredible customer service, competitive prices, and good technical resources.
Strengths: Turn-around time and quality of workmanship. The engineers and managers are easy to work with.
Needs to improve: Except for most of the folks there being Blackhawk fans they have no real weaknesses.

Over the past three years we've ordered two balloon bonders (~$20K/Each) and a vertical laminator ($40K). The products were all of good quality and worked as expected. The problem is the service they provide and their complete inability to meet their quoted deadlines. Even more troubling is there inability to notify their customers about possible delays in meeting their schedule. They have the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced and if it weren't for the quality of their equipment I would never use them. If there was another vendor who could make the equipment they do I would switch to them in a second. I write this as I'm once again disappointed in their inability to deliver a piece of equipment that is already late by almost 30 days. A piece of equipment they said would be delivered today is once again late and again we are calling them to ask about this instead of them calling us about being late again.
Strengths: Good products.
Needs to improve: Absolute terrible customer service and a total inability to meet established deadlines with total disregard for their customer needs. They have no sense of responsibility to their customers and do not communicate the status of projects when they clearly know they will be late on a project.
