Good overall experience as my company uses them to pack a lot of our manufactured products. Customer service is average but they get the job done

Strengths: They make quality boxes. Any custom size desired

Needs to improve: Customer service can be improved

I save a lot of important document on my computer. should these documents get infected, I would be lost, I would especially affect the production builds as I generate daily reports. McAfee helps protect these files and it actually caught a few viruses for me.

Strengths: Good Anti-virus security software. Always catches viruses.

Needs to improve: The software is pricey

They have everything you need for your manufacturing industry needs. Good experience and will continue to use them

We use Microsoft office for our everyday needs here at work and it makes our lives easier dealing with emails, reports, presentation, etc... It also helps us display important information and items to the manufacturing floor.

Strengths: Great office/manufacturing tool that provide multiple applications.

Needs to improve: The new version is not user friendly.

3Y Power Technology supplies is the vendor we use for our power supplies. They always handle any issues and offer great service.

Strengths: Quality power supplies. Good customer service.

Needs to improve: Power supplies come scratched at times.

I have great experience w/ Verizon as I use for work & personnel

Strengths: Great reception and good customer service. Offer discounts for Company Employees

Needs to improve: Prices is tend to be more expensive than other providers
