Always turn to Agilent products for a good oscope. They are very easy to use and interface to and have the best feature set.

Strengths: Best oscilloscopes and benchtop test equipment out there. On the cutting edge of technology and very easy to use devices.

Needs to improve: Price.

One of the worst printers I've ever owned. The latch on the scanner broke after a year and had to manually hold down the lid for scanning. Print head broke soon after and it was cheaper to buy a new printer.

Strengths: Cheap ink supplies.

Needs to improve: Unreliable and poor quality product.

Exceptional service.

Strengths: Great selection. Fast order processing and delivery.
