Other than the delay of the printer/copier, we are very pleased with Lexmark's products. We are very happy with their product and especially their prices. As mentioned, their customer service provided quality recommendations that we could not find anywhere else.

Strengths: Lexmark produces some of the best printers out there on the market. They have a wide selection of printers that will fit your business needs. Customer account representatives are happy to assist any questions you have. They will listen to your needs and will provide a printer/copier recommendation according to your budget.

Needs to improve: The only weakness was the shipping delay we had with our printer/copiers. They were quite late in delivering the. (3 weeks). Another weakness is the configuration of the printer. The technician wasn't unprepared to set up the printer/copier. He had to consult another technician for assistance.

One of our printer brand is Lexmark Printer. I use this printer for printing documents, data's, and record sheets. As for the quality of the printing, handsdown to this brand. It responds fast and accurately. User friendly printer and detailed instructions so you won't get lost even if you are a first time user. The only issues I have is that this printer freezes all of sudden for no reason so I have to restart it again. That is the only issues I have with this brand.

One of the worst printers I've ever owned. The latch on the scanner broke after a year and had to manually hold down the lid for scanning. Print head broke soon after and it was cheaper to buy a new printer.

Lexmark printers are simple and inexpensive, but they don't last very long and are not robust at all.

We have about 8 throughout the building, varying in sizes. These things get put to work, and occasionally jam up. Fixing the problem isn't too difficult though, the on-screen ques are easy to follow. They do everything an office copier should do; double sides, staples, networking, multiple paper bins, etc Worth every penny.

All the printers in my office are Lexmark, they are durable and reliable printers. I have rarely had any issues with paper jams or malfunctions. They are a bit on the pricey side, but worth it for not having to constantly replace printers.

My company uses lexmark laser printers and they are the most elite printers ive used for business purposes. They are reliable and rarely jam up. They're printing work is amazing.

in all of our departments, we use Lexmark printer. The copy is very clear, very affordable price of the product and we can really tell that their customer service is very accommodating, friendly and can help you in any trouble shooting.

we have one of their printers in the lab to print out reports, conclusions, AST results, calibrating results, and rework and repair reports on a daily basis and their printers are highly dependable on getting these tasks done on a regular basis.

Lexmark makes the best quality printers out there hands down. their printers are very easy to install and also very easy to use. the prints are very sharp in quality and very easy to see even from a distance.

We use a Lexmark industrial type printer as our office/network printer. It is very fast and reliable. The replacement toner cartridges are expensive but they last a long time. Overall very satisfied with their product.
