Their library is great, but their prices are meh ($1 per screw? When I can get 300 of the same screw for $6 on amazon?), and they seem to be overcharging on shipping.

In particular, their cancelation process is shady as hell, and seems to be designed to prevent customers from canceling, maybe because they're expecting people to experience buyers remorse, or they're trying to get people to pay for shipping as many times as they can?

For example: 10 minutes after I placed an order I realized I needed a few more parts and asked customer service if I could cancel it so I could **buy more things** and not have to pay twice for shipping, and they tried to hardball me and tell me it was too late to cancel the order. They only canceled it after I told them I was going to issue a credit card chargeback, shady as hell.

My suggestion: If you can't find anywhere better, use mouser's website to help you find the parts you need, then order those parts from a better company.

We have purchased electronic components through Mouser, while the ones we have purchased are long lasting and do the job fine, are overall experience with the company has been negative. When we have gone with them they have a limited selection, a high price, and bad customer service. Because of this we no longer use them as a supplier for our computer/electronic products. The customer service is so slow, that when they say that you are on hold, they never get back to you in one case. I strongly do not recommend them as a supplier of electronic products.

Mouser can deliver overnight when parts are ordered late in the day. Their phone support is outstanding.

My company orders hardware (tools, wire, screws, etc.) through Mouser as a convenience when we have a shortage and need a quick turnaround. Being able to order in smaller volumes and knowing that Mouser has stock on hand is great.

I really like Mouser they carry a good selection of electronic components mainly their relays and sensors.There customer service is top notch they really go take good care of you and your needs every time. These components are used in our dialysis units so they must be dependable.

They are one of our local Bay Area electronic component suppliers. We order from them on a regular a least once a month. It's a plus that they are local so if need be we can just do a pick up instead of waiting for delivery. They have good customer service as well, always helpful.
