Costco Wholesale Corporation - Costco is my go-to store for anything I need to buy in bulk for a very reasonable price

There is nothing you can't find at Costco. A great place to buy things in bulk - no matter what you are looking for! Customer service is superb, return policy is flexible and selection of products is very vast.

Strengths: Costco just has great selection of bulk items for a small business. Whether you are buying cleaning supplies, snacks for your employees, or even photo services, they have everything you could possibly need at a great price. I buy most of my small business supplies (i.e, c-fold paper, cleaning supplies, stationary, electronics, and non-perishable snacks) there on a bi-weekly basis and there is always a store conveniently located. Also, customer service is always great!

Needs to improve: Sometimes when I need help, it is very hard to find a employee in any particular section of the store. The warehouse is so large and the employees are always running around stocking items, that it really does get annoying when you have to walk a long distance to get assistance. Additionally, each Costco store does have different inventory of items - would prefer that they carry the same 'main' products. For example, I buy industrial grade toilet paper for my business and out of the 2 Costcos in Houston, only 1 of the stores have it. It would be nice if both stores carried items that would be seem mainstream.

Edible Arrangements - Great option for those who need gift ideas

Service and issue have always been exceptional at the stores I've been to. I've never had any issues with customer service at Edible Arrangement and hope it continues that way.

Strengths: They really have a nice collection of arrangements as gift options to send to clients or customers. I found the food to be pretty fresh and I like the varying sizes they offer depending on the occasion. In addition, I always thought that Edible Arrangements was only in big cities but you can find them almost anywhere. I am currently in a small town in Michigan for work and as I was driving to get gas, there was a convenient Edible Arrangement for me to stop by to pick out something for Father's Day.

Needs to improve: I would say the prices are a bit high for the what you get but I understand it's for the design and convenience. Additionally, I believe that if Edible Arrangements created a partnership with certain companies (i.e., Godiva for their chocolates) that fit the products they sell, it may attract more traffic because of the enticement of these well known brands.

Verizon Wireless - Verizon Wireless is the provider to go with if you want reliable service with excellent coverage!

Verizon is my # choice mainly because they are reliable. I love the coverage that it has and even though I pay handsomely for it, it is well worth it. Having dropped calls and bad signal is a big no no in my line of work. Compared to T-Mobile and AT&T, Verizon's coverage is much better. Compared to Sprint, Verizon's customer service is far superior.

Strengths: Verizon has excellent service across the parts of the United States I travel to, which is pretty much cross country. With other providers, I had experienced frequent dropped calls and slower data services during peak hours but I always seem to get good signal and strong speeds at all hours of the day. Additionally, the customer service is pretty good when you run into issues that require troubleshooting and they always seem to have the widest range of mobile phone options available when the manufacturers release their newest models.

Needs to improve: A lot of services that Verizon charges are at a premium. For one, there is no visual voicemail which is an added feature. Granted you get great coverage, you definitely pay for it as well. My average bill at Verizon is 30% higher than my previous telecommunication provider. The capped data plan is also a bit of a inconvenience because any overage causes you to pay for an arm and a leg. They also don't have very good international features to add on that could lower the costs of your bill when you are roaming
