Pleasant shipping experience. Some sales guys can be snobby but they help if they see that you are serious about something.
Strengths: Wide selection Great specials on closeouts and holiday sales. In-store or online purchasing made easy.
Needs to improve: In-store return process can be a nightmare. Prepare to wait in line for a while. Why can't they be as efficient like when they take your money at the checkout?
