Lots of convenient locations. The vegetable tray I ordered contained some snow peas that were browning.

Needs to improve: Not the freshest of foods.

Generally very convenient place from which to order catering. Some of the menu items (particularly salads) could be better.

Strengths: Nice website, fresh breads and cookies, good food

Needs to improve: Some of the salads were not to my liking.

Very easy to use for financial transactions, both business and personal.

Strengths: Easy to use, good customer service

Needs to improve: None that I've experienced

All in all, a great airline with excellent customer orientation and service; only issues has been with limited food selection.

Strengths: Comfortable seats, personal screens, excellent customer service

Needs to improve: Food selection was poor, and ran out of popular items quickly during the flight
