The customer service was horrible, they treat you like a criminal when you call, and it seems like they don't want your business. I will never use them again.

Strengths: I don't know what their strength is but they are horrible.

Needs to improve: They have terrible customer service. They treat you almost like a criminal for disturbing them about wanting to place an order. I have had the worst experience with them then any other vendors I have used in the past.

Ababa Bolt is awesome. They will sell you 1 or 1000. No minimum. When ever I have needed a fastener they had it.
