Absolute-DSi, a subsidiary of Dilligent Solutions Inc, is a Contract Manufacturerlocated north of San Diego, CA. We specialize in Medical OEMs’ that produce Spinal Implants, Orthopedic replacements, Stents, Catheters, Guide Wires, Valves, Neurostimulators and a host of other products.
Our focus is providing our customers an outstanding manufacturing resource. Absolute-DSi manufactures complex medical device components from metals and plastics. We have invested in every major technology and equipment to offer you the best design and manufacturing solution. By innovation at the R&D or process phase, we have helped our customers lower costs and improve quality.
Absolute-DSi is a Contract Manufacturing company but we also do Prototype work for our customers. Whether it’s to prove out a component or develop and validate the most efficient manufacturing process we stand ready, willing and able to work in all areas, from product development to short or long run production.
Our Mission Statement reads “To provide parts, components and assemblies that our customers recognize as superior to others in the market”. To achieve this Absolute-DSi has always put technology ahead of cost when purchasing our Manufacturing and Inspection equipment.
We’ve spared no expense to insure that we are manufacturing our customer’s parts on “state of the art” equipment and inspecting those parts on “the latest and greatest” inspection equipment. We specialize in machining “highly complex” components in standard and “exotic” materials, commonly holding tolerances of +/-.0001. All parts are inspected on the shop floor and then 100% are re-inspected by the Quality Assurance team using automated and manual inspection devices.
We operate as an ISO 13485:2003 and ISO 9001:2008 registered company.
An important determinant of the success of production scheduling based on "pushing" the demand is the quality of the demand forecast which can receive such "push". Kanban, by contrast, is part of an approach of receiving the “pull” from the demand. Therefore the supply or production is determined according to the actual demand of the customers. Absolute-DSi operates many orders under this KanBan approach for our customers. This ensures that our customers always have components ready in a moment’s notice or on a scheduled basis and allows for seamless integration between our manufacturing floor and our customers production lines.

The provide parts, components and assemblies that Absolute-DSI provides is recognizably superior to others in the market. Our company has many testing and assembly protocols so we purchase our Manufacturing and Inspection equipment through A-DSI to help use reach the highest quality services and product the best equipment on the market. Also we develop prototype work for our products with the help of A-DSI. Whether it’s to prove out a component or develop and validate the most efficient manufacturing process they are ready to help.

Absolute - DSI is the comoany we used in our company for their EDM capabilites. The widely range products are high in quality and reliable services. I can say that they had on time delivery for the products we needed and the customer service are truly nice and helpful for our concerns. Solid company who are ready to take on what we ask of them to get the job done , when we need laser welding done on our metal sheets this is where we come to have that done and they do a really good job at it ,and they have our product back to us on time and that is a plus for us .we have received compliments on the stamping by several customers who buy our products ,we are so happy doing business with them.

Absolute DSI is an excellent resource for edm wire, caps and razor blades. They are also to machine metal stamping that are of high quality at a great price. This is my primary vendor for edm wire due to the quality and quick product turnaround. Absolute DSI always delivers on time and will notify me when similar new products are available. The service rep is friendly and technical support has been knowledgeable over the years. This is a solid company that has supplied these parts to my group for several years.

My start up uses Absolute-DSI for sourcing some of our aluminum stamping work on our medical devices. For the most part, they are competitive with other companies we have worked with in the past. Their work displays a high level of attention to detail and they are very attuned to tailoring solutions to meet our specific needs. Their major issue is with pricing. Overall they are a good vendor and we will continue to work with them.

Absolute DSI carries high quality surgical blades. They are well known in the industry for the high quality products, and we have been very pleased with our purchase. We have purchased bulk orders from them several times, and the quality control of their products is A+. Have not encountered a defective blade so far which helps save time in my small firm. We plan to continue doing business with Absolute DSI and will continue to purchase their high quality blades.

We've worked with Absolute-DSI for some time now sourcing them for some of our aluminum stamping needs. Overall I would say they are on par with other companies I've worked with. We decided on using them for their services since they were closer to our facilities and therefore cost of transportation was less. Their customer service department is pretty good. Overall I would say they are good guys to work with and we'll continue to work with them.

We recently had to source another vendor for EDM work. Absolute stepped up and has done a good job for us. Very detailed oriented and great communication makes it an easy company to work with. So far our jobs have been acceptable and have been completed on time. Pricing is ok and can be better. Overall we are happy and will continue to use their services. We have not encountered any issues so far.

Our company used this vendor the absolute - DSI for their edm capabilities that are really remarkable. They are known for this in their industry that why we get them because i know that they are reliable and thwir products are high quality. We use Absolute for their Wire and Sinker EDM capabilities. They have solid capabilities and put out a good product. Very reliable and service oriented. They go out of their way to get the job done and to make things right. Recently they delivered a week late but more than made up for their error by expediting our other jobs at no cost. Very happy with their services.

The head guy is an absolute nut about product quality. The prices are above average but that's the cost of being in the medical device world. They have some fancy measurement equipment and can manufacture some complex stuff. They have many different machining capabilities and can do prototype and high volume.

Absolute supplies us w/ surgical blades. They are the ginzu knives of surgical blades. So sharp. They're light and feels really good. Exacto knives! Everyone we have suggested the blades to have said the same thing. We can never go back to anything else.
