My company contracts Optimized EDM to purchase a variety of electronic parts and accessories and have been satisfied with the product quality. Products are reliable which ensure the quality of the production of our medical devices. Customer service is top notch and always quick to address any concerns. They are extremely professional and proven industry experts. They offer a wide selection and always offer insight in resolving issues. Our only major issue has been that at times orders get backlogged and can lag in delivery time. Pricing can improve as well. Overall we were decently satisfied.

Rich has supplied me with great service and even better parts. Optimized is a small shop that allows for a lot of interaction between the machinist and the designer, which leads to better designed, less expensive parts. Optimized can start by building 5-10 parts, then quickly fixture to produce 500-1000 parts as your needs grow. Highly Recommended!

I use this small shop occasionally to get machine parts that need to be EDM'd. They always do a great job have good, turnaround, and very reasonable prices. I had some little Stainless parts made from them and they were very nicely finished.

Great place for wire EDM. I use this place from time to time for precision cut on my fixture design and other small components. Quick turn around time and friendly customer services.

My go to place for small fab work. This is one of the smaller shops that do good work. They have never turned away my requests. On time delivery.
