Acer America

our pharmacy uses Acer computers/desktops and monitors. our computers run 24hours a day, are never shut off and even during times when we are closed, they are still on. their computers work well with our pharmacy system and are very reliable. we have rarely had to contact customer support for issues with the computer. we recently received a company wide update from Acer and the systems are running faster than ever. in such a past-paced environment, we need systems that can keep up and Acer's computers do the job.

Our experience with Acer has been fairly positive. We've had some issues with the build on some of the monitors and customer service was right there with the return merchandise authorizations.

Strengths: Acer America produces some of the best mid range computer monitors out there. We've typically used these monitors for producers that don't need a high resolution. Prices are competitive and account reps are quick with quotes. Customer service are friendly and are happy to recommend their products based on your needs.

Needs to improve: Quality can be an issue.

we have contracted with Acer america for years, our company has ordered everything from computers to scanners and printers. They have a wide variety in products with great business discounts. They always have helped us if we needed any help with installing. The customer service line is very helpful.

Strengths: they ship world wide! Fair prices and great customer service. Very nice quality and durable.
