Our company has contracted Advanced Extrusion to purchase pvc and medical grade tubing for our production drain lines. The company was easy to work with and gave us great pricing. They were able to offer us a variety of sizes to meet our flow requirments. This was handy as we had to adjust our design due to equipment constraints. They have a great ordering system and delivery was a snap - great vendor and we will continue to use as needed.

Advanced Extrusion is a good extrusion vendor. Depending on their load delivery times can be variable. On occasion I've experienced minor quality issues. Ziggy has been quick to resolve them. Quality has typically improved though better control of extrusion parameters such Speeds, Feeds, Temps, Screws, Tip and Dies.

Advanced Extrusion has provided me countless runs of precision, high quality tubing from low durometer Pebax to HDPE, they can do it all, and do it well. Over the years, the shop has gotten much busier, and the lead times have been extended a bit, but it is worth the wait.

Generally responsive, with better than average delivery times. If you want consistent tubing lot to lot, it is important to call out as many parameters as you can, ie: Screw type, Screw Speed, Tip and Die Sizing, Draw Rate, Temps, etc.

Good option for extrusion of plastics. They have the capability to extrude some exotic materials that larger companies cannot or don't want to try.

Needs to improve: Many times things are done on a best effort basis. Also in my experience they don't like to do much post-processing.

The tubing is used for many of our medical devices we manufacture. The supplier is reliable and dependable. The plastic tubing is good quality and is used in our manufacturing process and for engineers to create new products, or improve products we manufacture.
