I frequently order surface cleaning detergents from Alconox. These detergents are one of the best on the market. Alconox has always provided me with good service. Some items may not be in stock so lead times can be long. Whenever this happens, i pour chase their products from other sources. For the most part, Alconox has delivered on time and I frequently get good service from their sales staff. They are always wanting to make sure that their customers are happy. Thumbs up!

I've used their detergents on a lot of our products and the end result was good. there has been no issue and each bottle can be used for well over 1k units.


i have used alconox detergent on two products so far and both have had good results. we tested them component afterwards for biocompatibility and bioburden, and both have passed with no issues. the detergent is also packaged in high concentration so each bottle can clean over 1000+ units for us.

We use Citrajet and Tergazyme at work to clean our bioreactors and filtration systems. The Citrajet is a non-foaming acid cleaner that we use to clean our bioreactors that handle protein synthesis, and it works well. The Tergazyme is used in our filtration systems, which we circulate through at the end of the week.

We have contracted with Alconox inc for numerous years and we have always had a positive experience with them. Could not use any other vendor for our products for our projects. We've had small problems in the past, and the customer service line has always helped us through the trouble very easily and nicely. Everything always goes smoothly dealing with Alconox.

Strengths: Alconox supplies our medical facility with the best cleaners, they are very effective sterilization products that meet all the standards and criteria in healthcare. Heavy duty products for soiled gowns, surgical instruments, and so on. They also provide us with the best suggestions on which product to use for what. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff also.

I worked in a biotech lab for a year, and this is what we used to clean glassware. I bought a carton for home, and couldn't be more satisfied. It took down burnt-on grease that you could never dream of removing with traditional detergent.

Alconox and Liquinox are the standard detergents that we use for parts cleaning. They seem to work well, and have not caused problems with biocomp testing (we normally do an IPA rinse after).
