Strengths: they are very competitive in terms of pricing. good selection of foam and has a good amount of sales reps

Needs to improve: their lead time is longer than usual. they also have minimums you have to meet in case you have small orders

They customer service is just ok. Hard to get any type of rushes or expedited services.

Strengths: very competitive pricing. decent turn-around time from 5-7 day lead time

Needs to improve: they don't deal with crosslink foams or any high density black conductive foams

They worked with us during our design development and ensuring the foam trays met our specification.
