Our company was in need of reducing our prices, while maintaining the high quality we have come to be known by, In our search we came upon Applied Industrial Technologies for their adhesive products. We were pleasantly surprised that they offered many more services than just supplying adhesive products. After discussing our needs with their managers we decided to give them a chance. They came through with flying colors. There were times that there were slight delays in deliveries, but in interacting with their customer service representatives I was impressed in how they tried to do whatever they could to make sure we were taken care of. I would recommend giving them a chance.

Lubes and Glue or the more technical terms; lubricants and adhesives, two complete opposite ends of the spectrum, each are nemesis of each other, or sibling rivalry. The parent of this rivalry is Applied Industrial Technologies. These guys created two great products. We used their products to help w/ our assembly and to help our machines run smoothly. Their customer service is equally amazing, knowledgeable and friendly. Their sales reps are not pushy, they try to listen and understand your needs and do their best to meet your needs.

Our firm sources a wide spectrum of components and reworking tools from Applied Industrial. Being a small firm, we often have to shop around and while it usually comes down to price, we've been won over by the level of service, integrity of the staff and expertise of the reps. Applied offers quality products, is reliable and easy to reach. While our order volume isn't high, we're still treated as a top client. Will continue to support and refer.

Applied Industries has been one of our vendors that we turn to when we are in need of special tools. We recently purchased their cutting tool set for our R&D department. They have competitive prices but are always the better choice. They also carry a lot of specialty hardware that not many other vendors carry which is a huge plus and the reason why we continue to do business with them.

Strengths: We use Applied Industrial Technologies for our their industrial fittings, bearing and pumps. The industrial fittings, bearing and pumps we purchase are use for our assembly line to build our medical equipment. Their products are durable and reliable. The quality is very good. Their customer service reps. are very helpful and knowledgeable of their products. Quotes are accurate and price competitive. Delivery is on time.
