Arrow Packaging

I drove to the facility because I was told they must see the item in person which seemed odd as I am sure many packaging companies design custom packaging without the actual item in hand but okay. I was told it would take a few days to quote. I was asked to put together all measurements with pictures of all my items, which I did. I waited 5 days with no response so I called and he said”it’s been super busy” which of course is code for I am seriously not important. He stated via the phone to give him a few more days, it’s now been 10 days in total and no estimate. I am so sick of these men sidelining me and my business because it is not yet a huge company ! Screw them! It took me 20 minutes on the phone, with a woman at uline to figure out exactly what I needed, it was here the next day, delivered to my doorstep, all 17 different styles and sizes with a net 30 to boot!

We are not a high volume business so we find Arrow Packaging to be a suitable supplier for our needs. Shipping is crucial to our business as any returns or damages eat tremendously into our bottom line. We use a variety of solutions but Arrow's shipper boxes offer quality, reliable packaging with convenient tracking solutions. Customer service is always attentive and we don't have any issues with their quality of care.

We have used Arrow's shipper boxes for packaging. The shipper boxes were of strong, reliable quality and passed our packaging validation. They are a low volume supplier and thus had to look for alternatives when we ramped up production, but was an acceptable supplier. Responses were sometimes difficult to get when trying to confirm delivery dates. Overall, they were an acceptable supplier, and can sometimes offer excellent lead times being a local supplier.

We purchase custom boxes qtys 1-200 from them as they are pretty competitive with pricing.

Strengths: They are a small local company that has a limited capability to do custom boxes. For custom boxes with volumes 1-200, Arrow is a great place to go. Their lead time for these boxes are about 4-5 days. Ask for Natin.

Needs to improve: They can be hit or miss in regards to lead time. its hard to get any rushes from here.

Shipping is one of the most important department in every company as for that we use Arrow service for they are reliable on providing us the packaging we needed. A great designs, sizes and materials to securely fit our product when shipping off the warehouse.

Arrow provides us with a lot of options for our packaging needs. They also allow us to customize some the box sizes as well to securely ship our products.
