Cardionet International

We have no complaints regarding our use of Cardionet in their provision of TTMs in our clinical study. Many of our clinical centers have commented to us that they have had positive experiences working with Cardionet.

Strengths: We used Cardionet for their TTM services. Our experience was excellent. Customer service was always responsive and they were always willing to work through issues with us.

Needs to improve: They seem understaffed though this never posed a major issue.

We were referred to Cardionet when we were researching the clinical research trials process for a potential client project. They provided all the information we needed and made sure to address all the questions we had. Experienced team with great client service, detailed information, accurate data and quality presentation. Will continue to use as a resource

Needs to improve: none

We used Cardionet for phase II testing. Their team had strong expertise and worked with our deadlines. They also are very adaptive and can make adjustments fairly quickly. The results were also fairly easy to interpret and thorough.

Strengths: Expertise in phase II testing. Team is flexible and willing to adjust the studies as needed.

Needs to improve: Only specialize in cardiovascular testing.
