Cathay Pacific Airways LTD

The flight was delayed and no information was provided. I was stressed since I had a connection on the other end. By the way, this was an international flight. To my delight, when we arrived at the layover airport, they had a liaison waiting for me who escorted me across the airport. And they held the connecting flight!

Strengths: Decent service, food, and flying experience.

Needs to improve: Not the greatest on-time performance record. Their seats are not that comfortable. Instead of leaning back the seat back, the seat cushion slides forward. Not great on the back.

Engineers and I use Cathay airlines for travelling across the globe for business matters, I found it great and comfort inside the plane and great services. One thing I like in travel is always explain the safety on each person aboard in case of emergency happens.

Flights were on time and luggages got to the destination safely. Although I wasn't too satisfied with my seats, the food was better than Hawaiian Airlines

I had great experiences flying Cathay Pacific for international business travel. Their staff is very helpful and provide exceptional service. My flights have been on time.

Overall, I had great experiences flying Cathay Pacific for my international flights as I used it for my business/training travel.

Strengths: Exceptional flight service. Always on-time.

Needs to improve: Expensive. Although you get your money's worth.

I flew many times to Thailand and Cathay Pacific made the long flight as good as it could be.

Great for international flights to Asia... Used them to meet clients at a trade show and had no problems.
