I use it all the time. It is part of my company's expense tracking and report system. It allows me to upload receipt images and expense logs on the go with the mobile app. As long as you have internet service on your mobile device of course. I've used it about 25 times.

Strengths: The expense report app is awesome. I use it everything time I travel. I hardly have to keep my receipts because the app allows me to take a photo and upload it to their database. Then when I complete my actual expense report, all I have to do is import all my expenses. Easy as pie. So much better than the spreadsheet I used to maintain.

Needs to improve: The online web app is lame. It seems based on very old technology. Don't get me wrong, it functionally works fine, it's just that it is slow and cumbersome. In this day and age it should really be a more svelte system.

Had a team building event here with about 12 people from my team. Spent about half a day there. Hired an extra guy to referee our games. He was actually pretty good and personable. The people at registration were so-so. Had a lot of sun for a few bucks. They can improve their facilities though, make it a little nicer. And have better food options.

Strengths: First, this place is very fun. It is an excellent event for team building your work group. Second, the price is pretty good. You can have a half day event for less than $70 per person. Third, it's fairly organized, not the best, but pretty good.

Needs to improve: Kind of casually run. Not very professional. The workers are kind of lackadaisical thought hey get the job done. Lastly, the facilities are so-so but perhaps what should I expect considering its paintball.

I've used them in multiple occasions for printing services. This includes brochures and cards. Each time the printing quality was great. I don't look for anyone else because the price is at least reasonable and the product is good. If it's not broke, don't fix it, right?

Strengths: Very nice quality printing in germs of color and paper quality. Great service and a very decent price. Their website is easy to use also. Lastly their selection of products is fairly vast.

Needs to improve: I said price was good in the strengths but really that is when you consider the value. In actuality, you can find cheaper solutions. Those may be just as good, I've just nevertheless tied them. Also, in peak seasons they seem to be slow. You can get fast service during those times, but only if you want to pay premium.

Is edit hem multiple times for FMG and H2S testing. Most jobs were under $15k. When I had a job over $15k, they would not start until a 10% initial payment was given. But those terms were not agreed upon with their and my company at the Purchasing and Accounts Payable level. So at my working level it caused a hug delay. Based solely on how much I spent previously with them, they could have bent the rules in my urgent situation. I needed the job done fast. This 100% tells me they are not willing to compromise and build good relationships.

Strengths: They have Flowing Mixed Gas testing capability I have not seen in too many other facilities. They have stringent ppm levels of many gasses, which means they invest in their supply.

Needs to improve: They are expensive and not cooperative negotiating price and contract terms. They are also not that fast to get the job done and could improve on their following up with customers.

I have done dozens of jobs at Nexlogic. Primarily for PCB building of boards that will be used for reliability testing. I use them because their product is good. You don't want poor workmanship when doing reliability testing.

Strengths: Good quality PCB assembly. Good service and collaboration. Nice location nearby so you don't have to send parts far away via shipping. I can take the parts there myself (and pick up) since they are in San Jose.

Needs to improve: Sometimes they are slow. Sometimes they have to outsource certain steps themselves so I guess it's out of their control.

Prices are very good and the place allowed our office party to get sort of loud without complaining.

Strengths: Really good food.
Fun atmosphere for group office event.
They have beer.

Needs to improve: Kind of slow service.

The last time I called in for help, it was because I was over seas and could not get the data working. It used to work on other phones I've had from Verizon. They could not get it to work and I could tell they were just looking through their scripted manuals. After I did some of my own research on the internet and learned my particular phone is international capable only for voice and text and not data. Shouldn't the know that.

Strengths: Note my experience is with the entire Verizon company, not just this store.

Needs to improve: Note my experience is with the entire Verizon company, not just this store. 20% of the time I get poor phone support. Personal support is better than support for corporate accounts, which is what I have. Phones have far, far too much Verizon bloat ware.

I purchased a tuner and asked the sales guy for advice. He basically read me what was on the sign. I felt like he made up answers when I asked him detailed and more involved questions. However, he saved the rating I give them by asking a Geek Squad guy to come over and help me.

Strengths: Very well organized stores.
Decent selection.
One of the few brick and mortar electronics stores where you can get good product "feel".
Decent prices.
Generally good sales.
Generally trustworthy employees and products (brands).
Lots of locations.

Needs to improve: More expensive then, say, Amazon or other internet stores. Hit or miss on sales people knowledge.

The entire experience was enjoyable and fun. From dressing up with a wide variety of props and having the four shot photo booth experience. Then the print outs are fast and high in paper quality and in picture quality.

Strengths: Excellent quality of product, from props to print outs, to design of print outs to experience.
Great customer service and personable workers.
Very professional set up.

Needs to improve: None. These guys are the best I've seen.

A sales lady was extremely rude after I purchased a lap top and said I did not want to buy the extended warranty or Microsoft Office package. This has always stuck with me and bothers me quite a bit. Very rude.

Strengths: There is a wide selection of product.
The stores are conveniently located.
Advertisements are very accessible and accurate.
Prices are low there compared to best buy.

Needs to improve: Customer service is bad in terms of product knowledge so you have to know what you want. There are a lot of returned and refurbished products on the shelves. Some of the product is cheap stuff from China.

The rental and checkout process is fast and efficient. Same with returning. The quality of car is better than comparable car renters. However he price is a little higher than average.

Strengths: Dependable and nicer cars than other rental agencies. Fast checkout process when renting.

Needs to improve: The price is pretty high.

Comfortable travel experience and decent amount of leg room. Lots of space for carry on and laptop. Entertainment system is good and flight service is decent.

Strengths: Very, very comfortable flights. Nice plane. Very good entertainment system. Decent price but not the cheapest.

Needs to improve: The biggest weakness is airport availability. I cannot use them at the airport nearest to me. Very disappointing.

Above average experience from end to end. Buying cost effectively priced tickets online. Nice checking in process. Seats were just ok, not that great. Personal entertainment system is great and very important to me. Their system is adequate. Flights were on time and flight attendants were good.

Strengths: Among the least expensive tickets! Pretty efficient boarding process and I like the way they assign seats which a lot of cheer airlines don't do.

Needs to improve: Not the most comfortable seats. Pretty bad snack selection.

I cannot say they have exceptional service but I'd say it is above average and consistent. They are very reliable and the price is always pretty good; definitely competitive. I don't really like the cattle call lining up process they have but I suppose that's how they cut costs and fare prices. Once in awhile you get some really entertaining flight attend acts too.

Strengths: Very consistent performance. Very reasonable price. Good flight attendants.

Needs to improve: Can never get in the first group boarding no matter how early I check in! Veery limited snack options.

The flight was delayed and no information was provided. I was stressed since I had a connection on the other end. By the way, this was an international flight. To my delight, when we arrived at the layover airport, they had a liaison waiting for me who escorted me across the airport. And they held the connecting flight!

Strengths: Decent service, food, and flying experience.

Needs to improve: Not the greatest on-time performance record. Their seats are not that comfortable. Instead of leaning back the seat back, the seat cushion slides forward. Not great on the back.

The service on the international flights is superb! From customer care to refreshments to entertainment system.

Strengths: Excellent customer service. Excellent experience on international flights.

Needs to improve: None really.

Generally, they get the job done. Meaning they get me to and from my destination. However, the experience is never very good. Mediocre at best. This is comparing to some of the other international airlines.

Strengths: United Airlines will always be around. You can count on that. Plus they have a lot of International flight options.

Needs to improve: Terrible service, from the front desk to the flight attendants. Also, the flights are not cheap. Also, international flights are about 80% on time.

Exceptional food and service.

Strengths: Excellent food. Modern, electronic ordering system. Reliable delivery.

Needs to improve: A little on the expensive side.

Needs to improve: Customer support was not helpful on the phone. One time they handed off my shipment to USPS and then lost track of it from there. It is understandable they cannot track into another company's system, but I never expected them to hand off in the first place.
