Chipotle

I generally had a well experience at chipotle. I love the system they use to cater and get everyone exactly what they want. It added a great addition to our company party.

Strengths: It was nice using chipotle for catering for our office party. It was made simple to where everyone picked what they wanted and what they wanted on it, and you simply just fax it to them.

Needs to improve: The only problem I had with my experience with chipotle was when I went to go pick up the food it was very overcrowded with limited staff to help with getting my order.

Overall, great experiences. Decent food and consistent with every meal. Only downside is the local Santa Cruz Chipotle likes to close earlier than advertised. They are suppose to close at 10pm. At 9:15pm, they already had their doors locked and we were ignored at the locked door. We had to find another eatery.

Strengths: Excellent Service. Same chain mannerisms throughout each visit. Very consistent.

Needs to improve: The hours are not consistent in Santa Cruz.

my non-profit company has used chipotle many times for some of our events and and we have continued to use them as one of our rotating vendors because of their great customer service, prompt turnaround time on last minute changes and the food has always been fresh

Chipotle has an overall great catering service. The food is delicious, it remains warm in the chafing dishes that they provide, and the food is made fresh. The program offers their catering menu for groups of 20 to 200 people. Our company was very pleased with their service.

Generally a good experience for large events. Fair price and consistent quality.

Strengths: Chipotle is always great tasting and consistent. You know what you're going to get every time. The price is also fair and competitive especially for large events.

Needs to improve: I wish they offered more variety in their menu. It does not accommodate for dietary restrictions.

Very good customer service and quick turnaround for last minute catering needs. Food is always fresh and nicely presented.

Strengths: Always use fresh ingredients and their choices cover everyone - vegetarians included.
