Cingular Wireless

I like Cingular but they are not my first pick for a cellular provider. I now use Verizon because of their network coverage.

Strengths: Excellent customer service, decent coverage

Needs to improve: Coverage is not as good as Verizon when traveling

I use to work for Cingular they were excellent with service and quality.

Strengths: Great products and customer service

Needs to improve: Got bad reception quality
