Ive received exceptional service with Apple. With Applecare I have turned in an iMac they could not fix and received a brand new model in its place. Also had a few malfunctioning iPhones taken back no questions asked and replaced. When you start getting into cracking screens on devices and smart phone problems not determined to be Apple's responsibility.. you often find yourself on your own in the hands of a 3rd party repair.

Strengths: Apple places a lot of energy in producing quality products that not only perform but look good in the process. Their innovation over the years has transformed their products from luxury items to must haves to survive in the corporate world. At one point they let other manufacturers make machines that ran MAC OS around the turn of the century, but since getting away from that, their product innovation has been like no other.

Needs to improve: PC's are like old chevy's. You have a part that breaks, you get something that looks like and and you are back in business. When Apple products break it can cripple you if you don't have spares lying around, and can break you if you don't have Applecare. Once you are in, you have to commit to going all the way. Lastly, all of the attention to detail comes at a price.. Apple products are quite higher in every area to their competitors.

When Apple provided smartphones for my whole company I was pleased because it made communication between our employees much more simple, however, it also means our company will have to keep getting new technology every year or two.

Strengths: The creation of iMessege has made it much easier to communicate between employees since my company provides Apple iPhones to all its employees. This way, you can send messeges without using Data or even the standard texting rates.

Needs to improve: Apple seems to make their phones so that roughly every two years when something better comes out the software starts to stop working. I believe Apple uses this as a ploy to force their customers into buying the newer, more expensive products.

Apple has always made me smile out the store. I know some can argue, but for the most part. I'm out the feeling satisfied. My iphone 5s had some issues with the lock/unlock button. I showed the employee, and explained how the button was stuck. The employee did not look at it longer then 1 minute. He went the back and gave me a brand new iphone 5s and switched all my data to the new phone within minutes!

Strengths: Apple, well done. Your designs and high polished qualities are the reason why I stay a customer. The fine edged on my MacbookPro and iphone is beautiful. You really know how to design a product. The operating systems on your computer and phones are amazing, very easy to use and learn.

Needs to improve: One thing, the prices are extremely high. There are never any good sales with Apple. Black friday, or any holidays the sales are never jaw dropping. If they had more sales or special combos, it would help.

They build solid quality products. My main complaint historically has been the closed system of it. i do consider myself a tinkerer and advanced in my demands of my devices, and haven't found apple products conducive to it. But in general, they are solid products, albeit, pricey as well, which is another consideration why i generally skew the other direction, although i've had macbooks and iphones before. A lot is just personal preference i suppose.
but in general, if you have the money to spend, its not a bad product to spend it on, but if you have to optimize your cash flow and performance, there are other options.
additionally, people, the guys at the genius bar....are only geniuses bc of the contrast of the environment (ahem). some of your advanced problems are probably better served asking your resident gamer at work or go google it.

I went to the Apple store to solve a problem AT&T could not solve. I went with no appointment and took a chance, I was not kept waiting long about 20 minutes. I was helped by Elliott who told me he was "not a genius" but would try to help, not only did he help he found the problem with the help of another genius. They sent me back to AT&T armed with knowledge and then I got the phone fixed.

Strengths: Great customer service. As soon as I walked in I was helped immediately. A man named Elliott was asking questions what do I need, how can he help me. The prices they charge are kind of affordable.

Needs to improve: Every time I go there it's always overcrowded. So many people were in need of associates half the people the were were employees. They seriously need to work on that.

If you work in design Apple Computer's is a must. I don't know anyone in design or graphics and does not have at least 1 mac. Some of them have multiple mac computers. Yes they are expensive but there aren't any really good substitutes. They will last you a good time and you won't have virus issues. Too keep your employees happy and successful, you need to provide them with the industry standard.

Strengths: Quality computers and ease of use. Our graphics department uses Mac computers and have been using them for many years. I believe when it comes to design they are the standard and everyone uses them.

Needs to improve: You pay for what you get so Apple computers are at premium. You really won't find their products on discount or on a sale.

Customer service (by appointment) can be great and swiftly executed. Their products are of great quality and consumers such as mine, appreciate it. Apple provides a variety of products and services that are great to all end users.

Strengths: The strengths of Apple begin with the innovative products such as the ipod/iphone, imac, macbook pro, etc. Their operating system is easy to use. Our place of business utilizes a handful of Apple products including iphones and laptops. The quality of all of these products are outstanding. We have had very little problems with the products and if we did, we were assisted immediately.

Needs to improve: If there is a problem with your apple product, you cannot just walk into a store without an appointment. Prices can be of the premium kind when purchasing an apple product.

Apple is a worldwide corporation that has made a huge impact in everyday lives. For our company, Apple computers are used throughout offices and always provide smooth operations for any type of use.
The systems stay updated and company cellphones are up to date with IOS 7.1, which always ensures great service and connection, plus tons of uses that work so well with a business man or even families.
With great speed, we are able to make connections, meet customer expectations and ensure that our company is doing the best it can. Apple is truly the #1 corporation in the 21st century. We look forward to what Apple has to offer in the near future.

I've had a great experience with Apple Computers. Their products are wonderfully designed and executed with near perfection. If there was an issue with one of our computers, we were able to get it fixed in a timely manner utilizing our enterprise service contract.

Strengths: Apple Computers can be considered an innovative company. Their products are focused on thinking differently and durability. These products such as the macbook pro/retina, iphone, mac pro as examples of the products we purchase for our company. Customer service is well organized and service policy is great.

Needs to improve: If your computer is down, you have to set up an appointment before it can be serviced. These types of "appointments" can take up to a couple days if located in a busy city.

Our company transitioned from blackberries as soon as the iPhone was released and hasn't looked back. While each new version is generally better than its predecessor, the new introduction of an S version every 6 months with minimal improvements, yet commanding a similarly high price is a bit frustrating. However, we've been extremely happy with all of the apple products to date so long as we've been able to upgrade to the next version when available. Beautiful graphics with tons of upside as updates improve. Will continue to use as it clearly is the best smartphone for our needs.

I recently bought my first Apple computer this past year. I did a great deal of research for a while before choosing my dream computer. I had several questions upon entering the store and the sales rep was able to answer all of my questions. He was patient (as I am not one to make decisions quickly) and knowledgeable about the product. I was very impressed and left loving what I had purchased! I have been extremely happy with my MacBook Pro!

We at my facilities have purchased iPhones to be use in our offices as corporate phones for our higher level management employees at my country club. The phones are name brand iphones that work fine and do the job perfectly. They are easy to use and learn and work great as many people throughout the world have apple products which makes connecting much more easy and streamlined. Finally I will say that the phones come at prices equal to their android counterparts and are an overall great buy.

Strengths: Apple makes fast, easy to use high quality phones (the iPhone) that come at extreme high quality.

Needs to improve: Could Improve their phones to be on par with android phones.

My company has a business accout with Apple and I purchased an iphone a couple years back and it wasnt a very good experience. iphones break way too easy. Screen are weak and brittle and are way too expensive too replace or repair. Although the iphone has great features I need a phone that is tough and reliable and iphone doesnt make the cut.

Strengths: Phones are Great for apps! Have Great games, and have great memory storage.

Needs to improve: My company has a business account with apple and I purchased an iphone a couple years back and the screen broke within days. Their phones are too brittle and break very easy.

The apple products are sexy. The Genius bar is very helpful and the staff is knowledgeable The ipad are solid and the touch on the screens are top notch.

Strengths: The strength in Apple products are the "sexiness" of how the products look. They are also very easy to use for those who are technology illiterate.

Needs to improve: Price is one of the biggest weakness. For the same price you could get a more powerful laptop. The other weakness is that many of the chords are Apple specific and often times expensive. Finally, because everything is completely sealed you can not replace or add any items yourself easily (for example battery and memory).

In our firm, Apple is the brand of computer that is given for the best employee of the month. It is one of our strategy to motivate all our employees to be more productive. Since apple is well-known in the whole world, the strategy is very effective. They have never been complaining using an apple brand and always looking for a new product release by apple. Great product, excellent service.

Strengths: Apple product is reliable and well known in having a great security option to prevent using an unspecific system that the company may use. The speed is awesome. The quality is high and easy to use.

Needs to improve: none so far

Apple continues to offer great products and services. Customer service is always great and knowledgeable. Apple seems to never fail when it comes to products and communications.

Needs to improve: I love Apple products, almost anyone can use them making them a top choice for corporate phones. I myself use it in my business and recommend. One thing that I have noticed with the product is that it is so fragile, too fragile, even with a protective case. I recommend that Apple use a more durable glass or plastic for their products.

I have been using Apple products for over 20 years. I am a Mac user. I've had only 4 computers in this 20 years… the products last forever. A few years ago my husband got me an Android phone. I cried. I had it for 6 months and then went and got an iPhone. It's easy to use and uncomplicated.

Strengths: Quality! iPad, iPhone, MacPro, iPod… the list goes on. I love all my Apple products. The customer service on all products is great too. Fast and reliable.

Needs to improve: Expensive. But you get what you pay for.

When I first started my business I was back and forth as to which type of computers to use at our office. I looked are various models and styles, but apple just caught my eye. We have had apple computers for about 8 months now and have had 0 problems with the products. They offer everything we need and more. They are on the pricey side, but you do get what you pay for and I could not be any happier with my decision.

Our entire company uses the I-Phone as our company phone. It has very powerful data security features as well as useful business applications. On the downside, it is not expandible and the talk time is not very good. Overall it is a decent phone, if I did not have to have one for work, I would be using a Samsung.

Strengths: Apple makes computers, tablets and phones that can work seemlessy together as one system.

Needs to improve: Still not open source and expensive

We have purchase iPads directly from Apple for use with our square payment system. Apple easily ships any number of iPads to you at great speed and great price. Apple also has great customer service and in house expertise and really treat you like a valued customer. I will also praise them on their excellent maintenance as if a product breaks down they will quickly and cheaply fix it. I highly recommend them as a provider of tablets (iPads).
