Have used Comco a couple times to surface treat endovascular stents. Their process has also left us impressed with the quality of the surface. We have confirmed the surface quality via SEM microscopy and have been happy with the polished surface that they provide. Incorporating their micro sandblasting process into our practice has allowed us to achieve the performance we were looking for. Prior to using their process we were having difficulty with friction against our delivery system. After using their process we were able to achieve an acceptable level of friction without compromising structural integrity. Great customer service and turn around time is fast. Definitely recommend them if you're looking for medical grade quality service.

When we developed one of our new product lines we needed to use a specific type of application which our normal equipment wasn't able to handle. I had heard about Comco Inc and reached out to them to see if they could provide a solution to our needs. They were able to recommend one of their coating application modules to handle our needs. So far we have not had any issues with the product and it has worked wonderfully. The process was relatively simple and they provided quite a bit of instruction on how to best apply the coating and they are always available to answer questions. Would recommend looking into Comco for your coating needs.

in production, we have 6 microblasting stations running approximately 14 hours a day. we use 6 of their clearview workstations and one DC3100 for dust collection. the room housing these units are rather loud, which is to be expected, but they’ve worked well in keeping the aluminum particles contained. i chose the clearview station because it had the smallest footprint and is a tabletop setup. the angled openings are also more comfortable for the operators who’ve work on the machine continuously for up to 8 hours a day.

Strengths: We have utilized Comco micro blasting machines in warehouse assembly line. These machines have proved to be extremely useful and reliable in our assembly line process. Their Customer Service department deserves kudos for providing excellent information on their machines. They provided detailed answers to every question we had and most importantly a competitive price. Shipment of these machines was fast and organized in a efficient manner.

Our firm recently purchased a microblaster from Comco Inc to treat some surfaces on our medical devices and the product has been terrific. The machine is easy to use and reliable. As there is nothing unique or custom to the microblasting that we need to do, we wanted to look for the most simple and efficient product that would fit our price range and Comco definitely provided this for us. Their service was top notch and the product was as advertised. We will definitely source from Comco again if the need arises.

We currently have 3 of their micro blasting workstations in our facility.They are very easy to use and they do an excellent job at keeping small aluminum particles contained. They tend to be kinda loud when they are in use so I would advise you to place these in their own separate room. Very good customer service they are very good at answering any questions or concerns you may have.

We contracted Comco Inc. for their wide array of micro blasting machines. They're a solid piece of equipment and extremely reliable. We've never been disappointed. From the start the expert team at Comco guided us through the options and explained each product to us. The ordering process would have been a nightmare if it wasn't for them. We're very pleased with our machines. They had accurate quotes, realistic lead times and overall a great experience.

Comco is a one of our regular vendors for lab equipment for our R&D department. These guys will have pretty much everything and anything you need.... in practically any size that you are looking for! Their website is very efficient and allows for a very easy order system. Fast delivery too. WE are very pleased and will continue to be regular customers.

We have contracted with Comco Inc just recently, since our last contract with another business don't make nozzles and air dryers, we have found Comco and they had excellent product with very beautiful designs that are very durable. Love their company and the prices are just right!

We ordered our blaster through Comco Inc. They pointed me in the right direction and I never looked back, very knowledgeable customer service the machine is amazing however it is pretty loud so we moved it into a separate room in the back of our lab.

Comco makes nice, small media blasting cabinets. They have many sizes, but I usually opt for the bench-top model. This unit gets used primarily for preparing surfaces for adhesive bonding.
