Craftsman has good ole customer service and takes care of their consumers.

Strengths: Craftsman tools are pretty much unbreakable and extremely reliable. I always purchase these tools in particular because they don't break as easily or chip away like other off-brand tools.

Needs to improve: Make it easier to have a broken tool exchanged at Sears.

We use Craftsman tool products at my work and it's easy and convenient to use. Construction is high quality and very durable under industrial use. You get what you pay for. Their customer agent is very helpful in finding the right product your looking for.

great tools for their price. the quality is decent and will probably be good enough for most of us that are casual users in the home environment. but if you do break one, at least the warranty is there to cover you.

Although they're a bit expensive, our company uses more of these tools than any other. The quality is just unbeatable. They couldn't offer such a great warranty if that wasn't the case

Most of our engineers and technicians have Craftsman sets of tools and like the kits they offer. I'd say we primarily utilize this brand and are happy with them.

In every shop on site, we have Craftsman Tools, power tools, tool chest etc. and if a tool breaks, we take it back for a warrenteed replacement.
