mixed experiences with creganna. seems to move slower as a bigger company now and depends on your volumes

Needs to improve: lead times

Tactx has built braided shaft and subassemblies for me in the past, but recently, it has been difficult to get their attention for my smaller scale projects. It seems that Creganna is more interested in manufacturing more established products, rather than helping to move productions from pilot production into manufacturing.

Needs to improve: not necessarily interested in small jobs. Quoting process can be lengthy.

We currently order our ballon valves from Creganna in a regular. Our dialysis machine utilizes 16 balloons per machine it is very important that we use a quality balloon for our devices and Creganna never disappoints. Their balloons hold up very well even with the vigorous continuos use the machine goes through. You really can't go wrong with them.

We source our medical component from Creganna Tactx Medical to ensure that our assembly remains efficient and continuous. We're a smaller company but they don't discriminate with regards to order volume. Their customer service is excellent and always easy to reach. Will gladly refer as we've been pleased with their quality and service since day 1. Will continue to support.

We use Creaganna Tactx Medical for our clinical build at the Campbell facility. They don't have the same quality of services like it was before especially for small or start up company. They are slow response to email and longer lead time for working with startup company.

As Creganna Tactx has grown prices have gone up and responsiveness has gone down. They used to be an agile responsive smaller contract manufacture, that could product components such as extrusions and braided shafts quickly. As they grown and moved more toward complete manufacturing things just don't move as fast.

Used them to manufacture materials and catheters in the past. Have approached them with other business since then with smaller companies and they either don't return the calls or make it incredibly slow.

Needs to improve: Hard to even get them to talk to you if you are a small company with smaller volume needs

While Creganna-Tactx products are consistently high quality, they have become too large to be able to serve the small guys. Our company bought some braided shaft from them a couple years ago, but were unable to get them engaged to do it again.

I've noticed a lot of people have negative reviews for Creganna but I can't complain. When speaking with the customer service they were very informative and it seemed as though they really knew what they were talking about. They walked me thru the whole process and made things less stressful on me.

we have contracted with Creganna tactx medical for many reasons. We had to choose a great design team and creganna met our standards. They take serious work with their company and we appreciate what they have to offer with great prices .

I do continue to do business with there company , even on my smaller requests . They are efficient & a great medical service I can always count on!

They are too big to be as responsive as earlier in their history. Lead times are longer and pricing not as competitive as smaller more nimble contract mfg's. Their quality is still good though.

Our company purchases from Creganna Tactx often and we always received great packaged tubing path at we use for our medical devices ,we never gave any issues and great to know we can rely on them for our everyday use.

They are an excellent contract manufacturer from the sense of using their facility to manufacture your product, but you should look elsewhere if you want a partner to help you from concept to production.

Good service provider for extrusion, medical balloons, and braided shafts. Very experienced in several medical technologies with decent lead times. Very collaborative team that works effectively and efficiently

A great company who is very knowledgeable of the latest technologies. My company uses Creganna Tactx Medical for numerous ideas fir our medical machines. They also have great customer service and can get pricey but worth it.
