Danco Anodizing

Great quality work when it comes to anodizing and surface treatment of various types of alloy metals. Have worked with them along with other companies on surface treating for products such as stents guide wires and coils and have had great success with their service. They seem to have the most consistent finish out of all the other services that we have used. When we get the parts back from anodizing we measure them in our QC and the thickness from beginning to end is always uniform and consistent. The same cannot be said with other services. I'm not sure exactly what type of process they use over there compared to others but whatever it is it works and it works well. We always have higher yields whenever using their anodizing service.

We have been using Danco to anodize multiple devices and they offer an exceptional service. Their products come out looking spectacular and have a strong finish to them. They are quick to return your products and they have a wide color pallet to select from. Their pricing scheme is about the standard rate you will find anywhere however I continue to use Danco because of their customer service and friendliness. We once had a job that was not done to our 100% liking and they went above and beyond to make sure the problem was rectified and rectified quickly. Thats customer service you can't find at a lot of places these days.

Our R&D department and manufacturing uses Danco Anodizing as a source for their metal coating services: electroplating/Polishing/Anodizing (variety of colors). We use them mainly for our fixtures because we like to have different colored anodize to indicate different parts of our product for assembly. They have a good internal sales force that understands our requirements and can ensure that our fixtures are taken care or every time we need anodizing. Furthermore, their pricing is competitive, high quality, quick turn around and great customer service.

We have contracted with Danco with many finishes for a lot of our building! They do really good work with a fast amount of time. The workers are very professional and nice when it comes to getting something done. We finished our metal floors and they made it look brand new. Saved us a lot of money in the long run. Very pleased with Danco company. Great business ethics.

Danco has always been my go-to for any anodization jobs i need done. The jobs are all batch jobs, so getting multiple parts done at a single time is most cost effective. The turn around is great as well, usually a day or two. The quality of the job is excellent.
I have used there facilities in the los angeles surrounding area, and the work has always been great.

We contracted Danco as we needed to anodize a client prototype in a rather short time frame. They were very professional and customer service was able to provide us some cost-saving solutions as well. Their staff was very well versed and provided accurate quotes with a realistic lead time. Product quality turned out great and our clients were pleased. Will contract out again.

We contracted Danco Anodizing for their chemical coating for our medical devices. The coating was superb and was a great finish to our devices. The customer service was great and have a solid team behind them. Overall we had a great experience with Danco. Accurate quotes, reliability, and great customer service will keep us coming back for more.

we us Danco services for anodizing all of our metal used in our dialysis machines with their metal protectant coatings. these coating protect our metal parts from rusting when our machines have fluid leaks. the coating lasts a long time and never gives us any issues.

We've had really good results at Danco Anodizing for different lots that required matching colors and other specialty applications.

Strengths: This is one of the best places to get critical parts treated and anodized. They do really high quality work so they tend to be the choice when quality is more important than getting the absolute lowest cost.

Needs to improve: None that I'm aware of.

Our dialysis cylcers use a sugar solution to the filter the kidneys, and because of that we occasionally receive returned goods that have had a fluid leak. Thanks to Danco, the residual moisture doesn't cause components which weren't directly touched by the fluid to rust. The others are replaced by anodized replacements for safe measure.

Danco is my go to for getting parts anodized. Talk to the guys first to get your parts in on time because they do batch work to minimize costs. The work is always top notch and on time, I have yet to have an issue with a Danco anodized part.
