Fast shipping and pretty much has everything you could want in its category, but the website is extremely difficult to navigate.

Strengths: Massive selection, great prices, fast shipping.

Needs to improve: Website is difficult to navigate if you aren't sure what you want, which discourages discovery.

I've never had to contact Digi-Key directly because their service is so easy to use. I've never had trouble with the parts I ordered, and purchasing from them is also easy. Fantastic distributor.

My experience with Digikey has always been great. They've always done their best to get me what I need, and in a timely manner. They've always delivered their promise.

One of the three primary electronics catalog sites i go to when i need electrical components. They carry a large catalog and array of components and will generally have what you need.

Digi-key is good for finding electrical parts.

Strengths: Digi-key carries a wide variety of electrical parts and ships them quickly and fairly cheaply.

Needs to improve: The website isn't the easiest to find what you need. It could use more pictures to make things easier.

Digi-Key carries your main electrical components and supplies, but the website is not easy to use. I usually call them to place my order. Their customer service is great!

Large variety selections for electronic parts that we use in a daily basis to our company that i work at. Great service, good price and always on time when needed.

We get a lot of our electrical components from Digi-Key. They are very quick and generally have a good selection of off the shelf parts.

We buy all our electronic connectors and wire from them because they have it and it's normally in stock. And the shipping is quick.

We received most of our hand tools for equipment and engineering purposes. they have such great quality products and on time delivery. Customer support is also very helpful.

I was in a jam to get some electrical testing equipment, and Digikey had exactly what I needed, and was able to get it to me next day.

I received their resistors,capacitors,relays and IC's for Inventory stock and use for mother board circuit assembly. They got good quality product that you can rely on.
