They offer reasonable prices, which means less bells and whistles. If you don't care what you car looks like, but do want to work with a reliable company with reliable rental cars, this is the vendor for you!

Strengths: Reasonable pricing. Many locations. Simple online system.

Needs to improve: Not the most attractive cars in the lot.

They have pretty competitive pricing and the cars are pretty clean. Other cheaper car rentals services might rent out dirty cars, but Dollar doesn't. For frequent travelers they offer a upgraded service where its fast to get in and out with a car.
