Moo Inc

Moo is one of those independent, new-age printing companies that offer printing services with quality comparable to pages in a magazine. they still do the traditional font business cards but are more inclined to do the uptodate, fancy and unique printing. We do not use them for our traditional business cards because they are just that - traditional. however, we use Moo for our posters and flyers to our clients that are the space to be more "fun" and eye catching. We had a design in mind but nothing solidified. we got in touch with Moo's team members and told them our vision and client population for our posters and handouts/flyers. they returned a design within a few days. we did modify the design a few more times but they were very accommodating and flexible. Our final design took roughly 2 weeks and the actual printing took another 2 weeks for roughly 1000 copies. they did get a preview and they even sent us an actual copy of the final product before it went into production to make sure the color, images, font were to our liking - this is NOT a service most printing services offer. most will give you a computer image but never the final product. we loved that about Moo, they just seemed to go the extra mile. however, they are expensive. thus, we only used them for supplies that required extra presentation needs.

Needs to improve: pricing is not the cheapest

We used Moo for making us post cards. These were not just normal hand out postcards but high quality, heavy post cards with our logo embossed. We used these to write hand thank you cards to our customers. The quality and look of the card was amazing. Just picking it up and you could tell it was of high quality. They contacted me about a border I had put and how that might not come out right with their process. This was greatly appreciated as it did have that in the text but didn't realize exactly how it could affect our order.

They are not the cheapest, but when you need it done right and to look impressive, I would recommend Moo over Vista Print.

Because of our experience with the post cards, we will be using them for our business cards in the future now that they have introduced more normal sizes instead of their square and other unique shapes.

Strengths: They are able to deliver high quality products in a reasonable time frame without paying for expedited service.

If you want a high-end business card with a difference, then Moo should be at the top of your list.

Strengths: We used this vendor for a year while reprinting our new brands on our executives business cards. There are over 140 professionally designed template packs and the cards can have Near Field Communication (NFC) microchips built in to share your contact details with smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices. What great feature from the traditional business cards!

Needs to improve: We had an issue with one of the orders. It took longer than expected to correct the issue. IT felt like the call center for customer service was short staffed.

Wow. These guys are really good at printing and reprographics. They use the latest technology for printing materials and printing software to create very clean, high end finished products. We tried them out on a small batch of business cards, and everyone has raved about how much they stand out (in a good way) so we decided to order more. We'll take any marginal distinguished reminder for all of our clients and vendors to continue to think of us.
