We contracted Engineered Medical Systems for finishing our medical devices. At Engineered Medical they have the best equipment available with a solid experienced team. They carefully inspect our devices and provide the finishing touches. They provide a quick turnaround time and within budget. Customer service was easy to reach and able to answer all of our questions. They kept us in constant contact throughout the process. They were friendly and professional as well. Overall we've had a great time working with them and will continue to do so. Highly recommend.

Customer support staff was helpful throughout our entire experience. The machinery we purchased required little maintenance that created more uptime than any of our previous products. We consider Engineered Medical Systems a trustworthy vendor!
Strengths: Engineered Medical Systems provided some of our custom molds for our assembly line of medical products. Their custom mold machinery put our company's medical products on a level no company can match. Their customer service staff has assisted us throughout the whole purchasing process. They were very knowledgeable in configuration of their products. Shipping was fast and more importantly on time.
Needs to improve: None! Completely satisfied!
Our firm contracts with Engineered Medical Systems to outsource some of our client's more specialized requests for our medical device prototyping. Their customer service department is extremely helpful and are able to provide guidance on what exactly they can and cannot do. The fact that this company is upfront about their capabilities and able to follow through quickly on what they promise has won us over. We will continue to partner with EMS whenever the need arises and would recommend them to any business.

My company sources services with Engineered Medical Systems to outsource some of our client's more specialized requests. Their customer service department is extremely helpful. They help us focus our efforts to keep waste and costs to a minimum. The fact that this company is upfront about their capabilities and able to follow through quickly on what they promise has won us over.I would highly recommend giving EMS a chance. I do not think you will be disappointed.

We outsource some of our client's more specialized requests to Engineered Medical and have not been disappointed with the results. Their support staff is extremely helpful and often contribute insights that save us time and money across the board. Product quality is fantastic and customer service is bar none. Competitive quotes with accurate lead times and constant communications. It's the trifecta of attributes you need in a contract manufacturer.
