We created a business deal with Epson America they are the source of our printing equipment. In our printing business we need heavy duty and high quality printers for our business to run well. And affirm to Epson they meet our expectation. We are very disappointed with our previous printer supplier because most of the time it only last for 2 -3 months. Due to heavy use of our printers we really need to have a printer that is durable and can last for longer time because our budget is affected whenever there's a need for a replacement because of a damaged printed that is almost newly bought. We are very pleased with Epson product because it is very durable and easy to use. We noticed that there are less issues in our printing production when we started to use their printers. We really love the quality of the hard copy that is produced of the printer. It is very lively and the color looks natural. We try to print same image using Epson printer and using our previous source printer . As we compare, the difference is really evident and we can not deny the fact that Epson's quality is far excellent compare to the other. The overall performance of the Epson printer is exceptional. We will surely continue to work with Epson.

Needs to improve: The prices of their printer is a little higher compare to other printers but the printer quality is fantastic.

We've had very little problems with their printers. Lastly, the prices of Epson printers are highly competitive and their refill ink cartridges are relatively inexpensive.

Needs to improve: None at all!

We currently use their label printer out on our production floor as well as in our shipping and receiving dept. Their label printers are great and the quality of the print is superb always clear and legible and the print job is fairly quick. Very easy to use and a staple in any manufacturing company. Great for bar codes as well.

Needs to improve: Their laser label printers can be pricy. But all in all it's an easy product to use well worth the money.

We Epson printer in our department. We use it for printing checklist, data sheets, drawings, bill of materials and instructions for our machines. This printer responds fast and the printing quality is outstanding. Also built to last because we have been using this for 6 years now and still working just fine. for the contrary, the price is expensive compare to other printer we have in our department.

my pharmacy has an account with Epson for our prescription labels. We have recently made some changes to the design of our labels to adhere to our state pharmacy regulations more rigorously and Epson was very accommodating. They easily modified the color scheme, font size to our liking and were able to delivery the first shipment with 2 business days. The labels are good quality, sharp, clean (which is important especially for our elderly pts) and do not smear.

Great service and supplies

Strengths: We use Epson printer supplies for most of our computer printing needs. They have a great wide selection and good customer support. Their supplies are easily replenished and offer good printing life and are fairly economical. We use Epson micro printers for paper roll DUI intoximeter printers and they are super reliable. If it is not printed properly, it may not withstand a court challenge. Cheap enough to keep a few spares around as well.

Needs to improve: Not as big a printing company as some of the competition.

We have been using Epson printers in our office since the beginning. While we're minimizing paper expenditure it's always good know that quality laser prints are there when we need them. We haven't had any issues with defects but if there are jams or local problems, they are all quickly fixed. When we do need to get on the phone with a customer service agent, it's seamless and painless.

I use Epson printers for contracts that need to be signed or to go over reports with my team. I find the printers to be quiet (which is great when printing over 50+ pages in the office!) and the prints are always clear.

Needs to improve: I've never had an issue with this brand

We've been using Epson for almost a year and we don't experience any problem using their products. Their printers are very durable and the prints are very clear. Very easy to use and the functionality is really excellent! Would always use their products. Our company's no 1. choice!

Needs to improve: Nothing

We have about 8 throughout the building, varying in sizes. These things get put to work, and occasionally jam up. Fixing the problem isn't too difficult though, the on-screen ques are easy to follow. They do everything an office copier should do; double sides, staples, networking, multiple paper bins, etc Worth every penny.

we keep one of their label copy printers in the lab to make labels for our dialysis machines. the copier is extremely efficient and reliable and prints are very high in quality as well. the machines has never jammed or failed on us even after all these years. A+

Epson printers are simple to set up and easy to operate. Highly recommended for work office. The customer service is helpful and can provide alternatives that can suit your budget. The technical staff has been great in providing support for our in house equipment. Shipping is not bad and they give you a fair price.

They make a great product. Spend a little extra on the model that takes 11x17 paper.

Strengths: The Epson WP-4530 is one of the best printer/scanner combination units I have use at work. It is efficient with ink usage, plus its scanning and printing ability is great. I also found it easy to operate.

Needs to improve: The Epson WP-4530 isn't able to use 11x17 paper.

Strengths: In our school we prefer to use Epson printers. For it is easy to set up, fast printing and the out put is great. Everything has been smooth flowing in printing our documents in the office since Epson came in to our office.

Needs to improve: No weakness

We still use an Epson for our Dot matrix printer when printing out large reports on our Green bar printer. You have to have a dot matrix printer if you want to print on carbon transfer paper to print in triplicate. Our Epson printer is very old and still pumps out paper without problems.

Epson printers are reliable, mine is still working even when I bought as refurbish. My only comment is their dries up so fast especially if you don't use the printer for a period of time.

We have used Epson devices from across the personal and business product lines. Initial promises of lower consumable costs for both laser and inkjet devices was unfounded.

The Epson does more things than any printer I have used. You get more ways to connect to more devices, including ones that were difficult or impossible to print from with older printers. Overall we are very impressed with there printers. Epson provide us with good customer service.

We leased Epson's copy, printer, fax machines for our business. We have not had any issues with them and if we did, service repair came out quickly and got the machine fixed. Overall quality and service by Epson is good.
