Fiskars

We have used Fiskar products for many years. No one really thinks about scissors and how they are a necessity within manufacturing. We are fully automated for our production, however full automation does require a human touch to get that feel. We use fiskar products to trim and clean up our manufacturing process. Just to add that human perfection that sometimes doesn't come through automation. Fiskar products are realiable, sharp and cuts like light saber through a sith, silky smooth.

Great company and products. We can find them almost anywhere and they suit our needs well. I think they are an American made and manufacturing company. Their products seem to last and we can replace broken or damaged units easily. Wide range of products.

Strengths: High quality cutting equipment we use in our packaging department. Well made, sharp, relatively in expensive, durable, light weight. Wide range of sizes and cutting teeth. Ergonomic handles which make using much more comfortable. Color coded to make finding easier,

Needs to improve: Thin blades and sometimes difficult to re-sharpen.

Fiskars is a great vendor that provide very high quality scissors and cutting equipment. The scissors they provide all have different sharpness and "teeth" for your very specific needs. We use their products periodically to cut heavy duty wires, plastics, and cardboard. A great 1 stop shop for a product that can be difficult to find. I highly recommend this group.

Fiskars makes some of the sharpest and most durable scissors and shears on the market. Their so sharp that I once managed to cut off the tip of my finger. These are durable scissors.
