We use Foam Distributors, Inc., to custom design foam for our shipping containers for our home units. We supply them with the product and a shipping container for their design and they come up with a design that can get our product shipped anywhere in the US safely. Their engineering group is knowledgeable with all the specifications required for foam for our shipping containers, they supply us with custom samples, accurate quotes, delivery, etc... The foam is very durable and reliable - can withstand the rigors of packaging and unpackaging of the product. We have been using Foam Distributors for years and will continue to use them in the future.

On daily basis we have to ship items out to customers who order ,and we purchase our shipping foam from here it keeps our stuff so secure in their boxes and makes it easier on us to not worry so much and trust that it gets there safely , we look forward to ordering again most definitley .and we will recommend them for any one who has need for foam.

Foam has done a great job designing packaging foam for our equipment. The're designers came up with great solutions to insure that our equipment could withstand the rigors of transportation. The sales staff have years of experience and the business is family owned and operated. Personalized service is the norm. Customer service is quick to respond if any issues arise.

We worked with Foam Dist, for our packaging needs. We gave them a model of our product so they can fabricate a foam outer core to keep our products safe during shipping. What came back to us was amazing. It came back quick and the foam insert was perfect. Our product laid nestled in the foam perfectly and safely.

We buy a good percentage of our foam from them. they are consistent and dependable.

Strengths: Very good selection of foam. from urethane to poly lam. they have one of the largest selections. They have competitive pricing as well. delivery and lead time is consistent.

Needs to improve: Its hard to get a sales rep out as their response time is quite slow, and so is their quoting.

Their foam containers are great and when we need extra care taken care of our packages we put it in and its great.
