Fox Rent A Car

I do occasionally use Fox on business travel to save money. They are always going to be the cheapest, and as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. The cars are very poorly maintained, and they do not always have the car you requested but mthey are cheap.

Strengths: Fox Rent a Car is a very low cost car rental company, that's it.

Needs to improve: Limited car selction, poorly maintained cars, bad customer service.

I travelled somewhere last year and all of the big rental agencies were out of cars. Fox still had cars. They were very affordable but they offset the reduced rates with reduced quality of the cars and service. Not a bad trade off if your trying to save some money

If you are on a budget than Fox Rent A Car might be a good choice. At my company I traveled with used them several times to save money. I got around, but other rental cars were better experiences.

Needs to improve: Lower quality/maintained vehicles than other rental companies

Car was a little sketchy... Luckily we only needed it to travel a short distance.

Strengths: Lower prices than competitors.

Needs to improve: Cars do not seem to be well maintained.

Good price but service is slow

Strengths: price is cheaper than most

Needs to improve: Service, quality and speed are compromised

They are usually the cheapest option to rent a car.

Strengths: Cheap care rental service

Needs to improve: Usually always off site from the airport

Nice staff and fast service.

Strengths: Inexpensive. Good quality cars. Friendly service.

Needs to improve: They close early
