Needs to improve: When they upgraded the system, our employees stopped getting the confirmation emails. We had to set them up again to receive the notifications.

The employees are very helpful. They took their time to show me everything I needed. An icing on the cake is they accept competitors' coupon. Their printing service is good, too.

Their PDF acrobat writer is unbeatable, portable and user friendly. Then, our company started to use their Photoshop. It's not intuitive. One must go through a series of classes. After a high ramp up, we finally are producing good ads
