my pharmacy orders all of our scanners from Fujitsu. We use these scanners very heavily averaging scanning prescriptions every 1-2 minutes and this does not including scanning documents, ID's such as drivers license. they are high quality, the image is clear and they scan very fast. these scanners are great for high volume industries that require fast and clear scanning such as a pharmacy. we have rarely had problems with these scanners and usually rebooting will solve the issue.

Our experience with Fujitsu hard drives are positive. Customer service was fairly quick in responding to any questions we may have. They will take the time to listen to your needs and recommend the correct type of HD's for your company.

Strengths: We primarily use Fujitsu as a hard drive vendor. These fast HD's are found in most of our servers. They are durable and have rarely failed on us. Customer support is quick and responsive. Prices are fair for industrial grade hard drives.

Overall general experience has been pleasant. Great service by their partner.

Strengths: We contracted with a fujitsu partner for all our office scanners. The lease terms were very flexible and competitive. The product was solid and so was the service.

Needs to improve: The lease renewal process is somewhat cumbersome. There was an issue with the underwriter, who was hard to get a hold of.

Fujitsu is one of our contract customer for making our motherboard circuit. They are reliable and dependable . Most products are small electrical passive components which must handle with cares. They deliver and pick up on time to meet our customer deadlines.

Fujitsu is often order parts for motherboard assembly and it is more commonly use for semiconductor wafer products. They are on time pickup.

Strengths: Small components for mother board assembly, great quality products and on time pick up and deliver.
