in the pharmaceutical industry we have a lot of waste products, expired products that need to be return either for disposal or credit. we work directly with GENCO to return all of our expired, salvaged pharmaceutical products ranging from liquids, control substances to injectables. they are easy to work with in a sense that they are able to integrate their return system into you existing inventory software to generate receipts, reference numbers and even return labels with whichever delivery vendor you are already partnered with. Genco provides 24hour web portal to access key metrics and have full data visibility. we have had some confusion with GENCO return labels when the reference number does not match and/or is not related to our receipt reference where we had to call their representative for assistance. that is the only area of slip I would say we have seen with GENCO especially when we are producing multiple receipts/returns on the same day. Otherwise, they make the return process easy for our team members. we do this on a monthly basis and worked with GENCO on this for years. Would recommenced them for their pharmaceutical return services

Strengths: medical device logistics and provides pharmaceutical logistics and returns/disposals. integrated delivery networks, QA, regulatory compliance. Genco is able to automatically provide return labels via UPS/FEDEX
