we contracted our VMware and java training for our IT staff to global knowledge. we did a two day 8 hour class for 15 employees and the training they offered to our staff was extensive, thorough, useful, and their IT engineers actually knew how to teach the material rather than just regurgitating facts. our staff gave back very positive feedback regarding the class and how useful and practical it was
Strengths: IT training for java and vendors such as oracle and VMware, knowledgeably staff who know how to teach, group training as well as individual training available

I'm glad I chose this vendor for training my staff. They did a good job training the VMWare specialist and some of the Microsoft certificate courses so far. I'm very pleased with the results.
Strengths: We send all our system administrators here for training for these strengths:
* ease of use of training software
* flexible training schedule
* remote training/virtual rooms
* wide breadth in their catalog
Needs to improve: Some of their facilities use slow and outdated terminal.
Attended VMWare training by Global Knowledge and it was great. The instructor was very knowledgeable and engaging. I learned a sufficient amount to be able to perform my job at a higher level and capacity. Thanks Global Knowledge! If I have the chance to train through them again, I gladly will.
