Golden State Overnight

1) Their delivery person could not find my address.

2) I called talked to a male dispatcher. He was polite and stated that the package would be delivered between 8-12 AM tomorrow.

3) a woman who did not speak load enough for me to understand her name called me, stated that she could not guarantee a time, would arrive between 8 and 5. I picked up, stated that I was not happy that their personnel could not find my answer, and I got a flip reply from her.

4) I hung up, called the contact number back. A woman answered, possibly the same woman, and I stated that I'd had an unsatisfactory transaction and asked for a supervisors number. She instead patched me through to a supervisor, and my call was dropped.

5) I called back. I asked for a supervisors number. She was very rude and she hung up on me.

NEVER USE THIS SERVICE. IF YOU NEED HELP YOU ARE NOT LIKELY TO RECEIVE IT!

UNABLE TO MEET THEIR PROMISED DELIVERY DATE/TIME

I have never encountered any issues when using Golden State Overnight. My only complaint would be their priceing but if they can keep up their great service I don't mind paying that amount for a delivery.

Strengths: Golden State Overnight delivers on time and handles your shipment with care.

Needs to improve: I am just amazed that an order placed at 3:00pm can be delivered to its location the very next day with theire limited locations.

We use GSO when sending and receiving patients charts and medical history for doctor's QME (Qualified Medical Exams). Usually receive our patients charts a few days before their appointments and able to send out any paperwork back to the main headquarters if needed. It is easy to create a shipping label for the package needed to be sent.

Strengths: Simple, reliable, good customer service, drop box locations are close to clinic.

They have been very reliable and have consistently provided us with great service. They are definitely recommended, especially if you need something delivered on time.

We occasionally use GSO service for our urgent shipment thru out our area. They are fast, reilable and quick turn around courier company to make sure your packages are deliver in timely manners for customer satisfaction. They are competitive prices and accurate quotes with friendly good customer staff.

We tried their service on few occasions when we have compressed and limited schedules, and always they were able to meet our delivery deadline. A little pricey but highly recommended.
