Hot Air Systems

When you work at a start-up there is never time to wait for anything so when I need a hot box, I usually call these guys and Beahm and buy the unit from whoever can 1) deliver it faster and 2) sell it for less. On many occasions, I have ended up with the Hot Air Systems boxes, and have not been disappointed. They also offer a wide variety of nozzles and I can generally find one that meets my needs.

I've used both Hot Air Systems and Beahm Hot Boxes. Hot Air Systems Hot boxes are on par with the best. Good control of operating variables with good reliability. Delivery is usually fast. The Hot Air Systems hot boxes work as well as any for catheter processing. There are a couple different models to choose from as well as a few nozzle designs. I have purchased these at several companies and they have worked reliably.

We sell globally, and consequently we need to design our product to function as intended in multiple climates. We have a heat room designed by Hot Air Systems to test our machine in different temperatures and humidity. Temp ranges go past 100○ F

Great little heat box for catheter manufacturing. They are similar to another popular heat box and work just as well. They have a few different models to choose from. The one we use for fused joints works great and is very reliable.

I've used Hot Air Systems Hot Boxes at a few medical device companies. They are quality boxes with a good amount of controls. They will also build custom manufacturing equipment. They have built me a coil winder that worked well.

A good alternative to Beahm Designs. They have several models to choose from to meet your particular application. Easy to use and quite reliable. Helpful sales staff

A good source for hot boxes. They are a little less refined than the Beahm units, but they are also a little less expensive. They have performed well for me for years.
