Igus Inc

Ive been in contact with igus for the better part of 2 months now when I initially reached out for a quote on their parts as they DO NOT list prices for the majority of their cataloged items. You would think that since this company, IGUS, does not display their prices readily that they would respond within AT LEAST two days with a quote. Well its been three days since I emailed John Langwell over at sales with no response. It has been weeks since I last heard from Tyler Pavlik, also from sales. I am highly disappointed at the quality of service this company provides and the lack of speed with communication. If youre trying to get IGUS components best of luck to you and your endouver. Youre better off buying the components at incredibly more expensive prices off amazon.

I even reached out to a local IGUS sales rep, Vivek Srivatsa, displaying my disappointment regarding not receiving an official invoice to purchase my needed IGUS components, He did not respond after I displayed such disappointment and I highly doubt Vivek will relay my disappointment and desire for an invoice to the proper channels.

This has been such a terrible experience with what is suppose to be a professional and decent company. So if you have a deadline to meet, IGUS will surely assist you in NOT meeting such deadline.

We have ordered bearings and bushings from Igus Inc. for engineering on our conveyor systems. Their website makes selecting the correct bushings and bearings a snap. Also, they have 3D models that can be downloaded and slipped into the design to confirm that the overall parameters will meet the design intent. It is a real time saver, when waiting for samples or spec sheets as each has it's drawback with respect to the schedule. They are always trying to improve on their product line and website interaction - a vendor to have on the AVL.

Needs to improve: They are a long distance away and sometimes the products takes a bit longer to arrive.

Igus Bearings provides us with various bearing that we use in our machinery and these components are great. We have found that our machines break down much less because Igus using dry bearings that do not require any lubrication. As such, we don't have to worry about whether we put too much or too little lubrication into our machinery. Their pricing has always been very competitive and that coupled with their ability to put our needs first, we see this relationship continuing for the foreseeable future. If you want to check out bearings with a new technology, give them a try.

We've used another competitor for most of our bearing needs, but Igus is quickly gaining traction on them as our new favorite place to source our products from. We originally came to them for a custom product that we needed, but though this experience we've seen that they have very high quality products. From their bearings to their lubricants they always seem to beat out the competition in one place or another. Overall prices are in line with other competitors. We are currently reassessing our needs and Igus will be one we look at to drive more business to.

They have wide selections of products that we use on our pump assembly they give us quality product that pass our qualifications for stress test and quality standards our company was very impressed on what they do give us easy way to do our job right. Overall service was excellent Ordering processing is always fast Shipping wise is always in time Customer services is always open for suggestions and opinions also they have fast response of any question you may have.

We originally contracted Igus for some custom product work. They impressed us so much that we decided to source most of cable and component needs for our product through them. Their customer service reps are very knowledgeable and are willing to work with us to make sure we have the right product for the job. There have been some instances we've had to go to competitors for highly specialized materials but for the most part Igus is able to take care of our needs.

We have contracted with Igus inc for numerous years and we wouldn't change that business anytime soon. They have offered us the best prices with very nice custom work with cables and bearings. We order from igus very often. They never fail us, they always come on time and safely. They package their products neatly. Awesome work guys!

In our facility we use cables everyday for all of our equipment .we have never had any issues with them at all. We are always in need of cables its a must in our facility we can't do our jobs without them .We will continue to order from Igus Inc. and with no hesitation .

We originally contracted with igus years before we were able to find a good local supplier. Igus set the standard for us and our needs. They showed us what real customer service is about. However, they were on an opposite coast so shipping can get costly for us. Their products were top notch, however since our volume is lower, our accountants found it better to get a slightly inferior supply with cheaper shipping.

I had a very difficult application where I needed a large ID ring bearing that could hold several hundred pounds of load during slow speed, start/stop usage. Igus was the only manufacturer that had anything to offer and the product supplied worked well for the life of the equipment, which was placed in a high manufacturing volume clean room.

Igus is a solid vendor for all your bearing needs. Craftsmanship for the bearings is excellent as they quality is consistent for the bulk of bearings we purchase. Although we have only purchased bearings from Igus, they do offer a wide selection of industrial based materials and supplies. An excellent new vendor that we will continue to purchase from.

We currently utilize their plastic bushings in our dialysis machine assembly's. We chose to go with plastic bushings to minimize the weight of the machine and also because of the no rust factor which is very important considering it is a life sustaining medical device. In my opinion you can't go wrong with Igus.

We purchased over 100 ft of the energy chain cable courrier/track system. The faciltities group used it for network cables within cubes and offices and it neatly guides and hides the cables and keeps a safe trip free work place!

The cable covers are a great way to keep your work environment safe. The cable easily hides underneath and no chance of tripping on them. It looks clean and keeps cables somewhat organized. Great product, we use this throughout buildings.
