Worked closely with Insaco on a project where we needed a 1" diameter fused quartz drilled precisely with a .014" hole through the center, and a countersink on one side. Using high-speed air drills and spinning part, they were able to machine it much more cheaply than having it shrunk on a mandrel.

We have a few R&D new product development projects go to them for specific drilling needs we cannot accomplish inhouse. They are great with a quick turnaround. Very reliable!
