We currently use their forklifts and stand up lifts in our facility and warehouse for transportation of parts and materials. They are some very durable and dependable lifts that can handle any job put in their way. They also provide great customer service their very good about getting a technician out to you if any of your lifts goes down.

Strengths: What can I say they have some of the best forklifts and stand up lifts in the business. Always the first choice in lifts.

Needs to improve: They are a well built machine they are easy to drive and operate. But they are expensive.

Our department has this Forklift. I use this for transferring and carrying big packages and materials from warehouse to packaging department. Very strong forklift and can carry as many materials as I can put into it. Easy to use forklift. The horn could be annoying sometimes and maybe, additional horsepower would make it more reliable for faster service. Thats it. Other than that, Good brand forklift it is.

Needs to improve: Horn is sometimes annoying, slow acceleration.

we have a couple forklifts that are manufactured and powered by Komatsu Forklift USA and they are a huge asset to our warehouse and staff while making their job so much easier and less strenuous at the same time. the forklifts are also a tolerable volume in noise and don't scream at your ears while the forklift drives back and fourth through our departments picking up packaged machines. although their price range is high, these forklifts are worth every single penny.

We transfer our finish product from warehouse to packaging and from return goods to warehouse using Komatsu Forklift. The forklift horn can be annoying sometimes but is not a big deal for me. However, most of my coworkers are getting annoyed and irritated by the horn. Other than that, Komatsu Forklift is a good product.

Customer Service is very good, the mechanics are friendly and know what they are doing if you have any problem with that forklift

Strengths: We use the Komatsu a lot at my job on a regular daily basis. we have a lot of medical devices that we store in boxes and throw on rack and the Komatsu is the perfect forklift to get the job done.

My company uses komatsu's forklifts for years. The are of the highest quality ive seen and also very reliable. The only minus of they're forklifts is that the horns on them are very loud and when using them indoors they can get pretty annoying.

We use kamatsu forklift daily at my work to lift pallets and other products we have i think we have 5 of those really working good easy maintance

We use this komatsu forklift alot at work because we have alot of heavy products that needs to be transfer from our work area to another department. This equipment is one of the best because of what it can do. Highly recommend this equipment.

I worked in the finished goods inventory warehouse and the company used Komatsu forklifts for moving pallets of inventory for shipment. I'm not sure why forklifts have to run on propane but this one did and it kinda smells. The forklift was small and easy to maneuver and operate. Very reliable.

we purchased a couple of their forklifts for our warehouse to get to hard to reach areas when pulling are medical devices off the storage racks. they are very easy to maneuver and extremely safe to operate around the floor.

Strengths: At our company, we utilize Komatsu forklifts. They are reliable and assist on campus of moving packages and palettes back and forth. Although I have not operated one, our workers seem to utilize them with ease and they don't cause too much disturbance while others are working.

This forklift is the one we use to get packages that are shelved real high. The warehouse at my job really relies on this forklift to get what they need and to transport the equipment or packages onto the floor.

This is our primary forklift for transporting finished products from the PD floor to the warehouse. The horn can be annoying sometimes, but they reach the top of our Mole Storage system just fine. Definitely our best

I use the pallet jack a lot moving boxes and things.. realy simple to control. They come in all types of sizes. When one does have problems the service guy comes by real quick and gets it back fast
