It's a great integrated online system for tracking all employee payroll information. They have great customer service and respond to your questions very quickly. Overall, I would recommend this for tracking hourly employees.

Strengths: Great tracking tools for hourly workers. Easy to see and manage timesheets, vacation time, sick time, and payroll.

Needs to improve: Great for hourly workers but not as useful for salaried employees. No complaints about the service.

it fast and easy to punch in and out from work

Strengths: we use kronos systems to clock in and out for work. its a great system to use. it keeps records of the time your on the job and off the job

Needs to improve: we have about 10-15 kronos clocks and you would have to use the same one to keep track of your times. you cant just use anyone

we have been using kronos punch in machine to clock in and out for a couple of years now and their time clocks are the most trustworthy that we have used in the facility. the clocks punch screen are very sensitive upon touching them to sign in which makes it easy to clock in and out.

Our firm uses the Kronos systems for employee time keeping in all of our locations. Their service is reliable and helps reduce our capital expenditure in HR in order to process all of our employees payroll. Thei customer service is reliable and has great expertise in the industry. They have been able to keep up with the growth of the company,

we use their time punch machines to clock in and out at work. their time clocks are very efficient and easy to use. their punch machines are very easy to punch in and out which allows us to clock in and out and be on time back to the floor without being late.

Its there in the morning and the afternoon, always seems to be working.

Needs to improve: Some times the keys don't enter and if you sign in on one clock a punch review on another clock will not .show it.... In other words, you have to use the same clock all day.

We currently have 12 Kronos time clocks through out our facility. Easy to use touch screen clocks that track all your punches and allows you to go back and check all your punch in activity for the day or week.

Needs to improve: You can't go wrong with these time clocks. I have nothing negative to say about Kronos

Strengths: Accurate time clock system. All of the non-salary employees use this system. All the exempt employees still use this to track their paid time off hours.

Needs to improve: Company is set to 7 minutes on time and over 8 minutes is 15 minutes overtime. Not good when trying to budget an accurate workload.

I have worked at companies where they used Kronos for keeping track of hourly employee time sheets. The system is easy to use and people were happy with it. The units can be mounted in just about any place. Kronos staff provides training for initial setup

We had an upgrade and Kronos staff provided training. I had issues with my vacation hours not being correct and Kronos along with our HR was able to straiten out the situation. The technical staff walked me through the software and all is good.

We have about 15 of these posted in various locations at work. Although we don't have a card-swiping system available, Kronos does offer the service. They're accurate to the minute, and the digital display is aesthetic.

Needs to improve: Some of the touchscreens are too sensitive, and automatically input numbers you didn't press.

we have kronos time clocks mounted on our wall outside our department to punch in and out for breaks and their time clocks are very accurate and reliable. they are also easy to use and very easy to check punch histories for personal use.

I've always had a good experience with Kronos.

Strengths: Kronos is easy to use to log our hours. It is regularly updated. We are able to adjust our time cards, if we miss punches. It is also very easy to check vacation time accrued, hours logged or previous time cards. I find it extremely user friendly.

We use their kronos for clocking in and clocking out of work everyday. It is easy use and manageable data. The only issues I have with this, is the response time due to its slow touch screen response.

Kronos provides an easy online payroll information to employees. The employee self-service feature allows paperless option for payroll and cuts spending. The mobile feature is convenient and saves much time to access necessary information regarding payroll, attendance and scheduling.

We've used Kronos for some time now. We have recently upgraded our systems and the Kronos sales staff were very helpful. Our hourly employees use the equipment for punching in and for taking breaks
