Lab-Pro has saved my behind several times my orders from larger companies just don’t come in time, whether it’s because of unexpected backorder or unforeseen transportation issues during shipping. I picked up the phone to ask if Lab-Pro had a couple of items in stock, and they generously packed it all up for me and was ready for purchase by the time I arrived at the store. Wonderful customer service. On a side note, they sell syringes smaller than 12cc unless you want to buy in bulk.

Our company was visiting from another state and caught in a very serious bind with respect to chemical supply issues. With less than 15 minutes until the end of the work week, and a deadline due, Rick, a staff member at the company pulled out all stops. We were depending on him and taking him at his word. We're from Idaho and a commitment means more than you know. That company, and specifically that guy, delivered in a pinch - big time!
One guy with a commitment to customer service did a lot for us today. Even better, we suspect he does this for everybody. One thing for certain....we'll find more than one place to post a few accolades relative to the company and their team.

When we expanded our lab facilities we were in need of a supplier that could handle a consistent large volume of specialized lab equipment. Lab Pro Inc came recommended from a colleague and I reached out to them. We've now been sourcing lab equipment for the past year and they have so far been a great partner to work with. They have a wide selection of lab products that are very high quality. Their prices are in line with other competitors, but they have been highly reliable in delivering their products in time and without any issues. I would highly recommend looking into Lab Pro for lab product needs.

Lab Pro offers great customer service and fast turn around time. We use them when we need supplies on the fly however they don't have as much selection as some of the bigger companies around. Their staff is friendly and easily approachable. If they don't have what you are looking for they are willing to point you in the right direction. Overall their prices are affordable and they offer a quality product and service. We will continue to use Lab Pro for lab supplies and highly recommend them.

Lab Pro is good for your last minute needs and for chemicals. Swing by on lunch break and pick it up.

Strengths: Lab Pro is a great place to pick up lab equipment and chemicals when you need them in a hurry. They have quite a few in stock and at a good price. Staff is nice and knowledgable and will help you find what you are looking for. You can have your company open a PO with them so you don't have to use your own credit card to pay.

Needs to improve: If price is your driving factor and you have time, you can get it a bit cheaper at other places. Sometimes slow

Lab Pro Inc. is great because we can get so many different items from them regularly and we just recently got lab supplies and hand tools also cleaning supplies from them .they are great working items that we will order again in the future and its great that we can come here for so many items it saves us so much time when we can order from one place .very very convenient for us.

It's where the Mythbusters shop! How can you go wrong with that!
You've seen it on TV, you've seen it explode on TV (wait..maybe not so good there...), but you know what i'm saying! Now go there and you you can re-live the experience in your own backyard or kitchen!

Needs to improve: Almost all basics are on-stock. If there are some specific models, if you are that picky, they may not have it, but should be able to order it for you through their various sources still.

lab pro is a good store to go to when you can’t wait for mcmaster-carr or most of the other big named brands to ship you lab supplies. they carry a variety of generic lab supplies (beakers, graduated cylinders, syringes, filters, gloves, etc.,) and equipment (ultrasonic cleaner, scales, etc.,). they’re not always the cheapest, but you pay for the convenience. as always, they have excellent customer service!

We have been getting our laboratory supplies from them for awhile now and plan to keep it that way. They have such great products and they appreciate their customers as much as we appreciate them. They actually care and it shows.

Strengths: Lab Pro Inc is an amazing company with a huge variety of options. They have almost everything you need in one place. We get all of our lab apparel, lab tools and instruments here and are always satisfied and pleased with the products as well as the customer service provided to us from the staff.

Our company experience to this vendor is great. Our company uses Lab Pro to purchase good quality of products all for your lab needs. There customer service is friendly and nice also Informative to their products. We purchase our Lab and medical measuring equipment from Lab Pro and have always been satisfied. All of there equipment is easy to use and learn. The shipment is quick and reliable while the price is cheap. Recommended to others!

We get all our lab supplies, microscopes and lab equipment from these guys. They're fast and willing to work with us. Their products are super durable and stand to the wear and tear of many students of all ages. Their sales team are very knowledgeable and always willing to help you make the educated choice. Those educated choices are not always the most profitable either. They just want to build long lasting relationships and it worked.

Strengths: everything you need in a lab, chemistry classroom, old rv ;-)

Lab Pro is an excellent local vendor who keeps a huge variety of supplies in stock we use a lot of the connector, elbow connectors, and tubing sleeves for our dialysis machines regularly.. they are also just about and hour away from our facility so if we need any lab equipment right away it is easy to make a quick drive and grab any supplies we need.

Strengths: Lab Pro is our go to place when it comes to last minute parts and materials needs for or R&D Lab. They will have all of your general lab supply. They have great deals that you can pick from, great shipping pricing and they have reliable service. Speaking with their customer service reps. they are very helpful and knowledgeable of their product to help completed an accurate order for the company. They are a great vendor to work with.

Our company has had a good experience we got everything we expected to receive and it was fast and on time , they had everything we needed and such as cleaning supplies and certain sterilization chemicals for our facility .anytime we order something we make sure they meet all our needs and they did so .we will be coming back.

Lab pro is a good store to go to when your in need of lab supplies. LabPro is a good place to shop for lab equipment. However, they do not carry a wide selection of items like the bigger companies (VWR) but they do offer great customer service. The retail location has a very knowledgeable staff that is eager to please. They do not pressure you on buying and allow you to browse the store at your leisure.

Strengths: Convenience of retail store in SF Bay Area, good selection of lab equipment (microscopes, ultrasonic cleaners, etc). Friendly staff

The people running the shop are very knowledgeable about what they sell and the prices are fair for the convenience of picking up the items right away.

Strengths: It's a great place to pick up lab equipment quickly without having to order it from a catalog company and waiting for a few days. Some items are also easier to evaluate in person before buying and it's nice that most everything is on the shelf.

Needs to improve: They don't have the breadth of products in stock that a catalog company would.

I go to Lab-Pro when I can't wait for the larger catalog stores/sites to deliver. Lab-Pro can get nearly everything from Fisher or VWR and they keep a good portion of the higher demand items in stock. The staff is always friendly and ready to help.

While I haven't purchased microscopes from Lab-Pro, they also carry a good selection and have many set up for you to try.

Needs to improve: more expensive than catalog orders

I've only found a couple places where I can goto a B&M store to pick up lab supplies in the Silicon Valley. They have almost all your general lab supply needs where you can just stop by and pick-up. The place is usually empty, which makes for quick and easy purchases.
They can also place special orders if you really need to and provide material certs for their chemicals. Highly recommended.

I like Prolab because they are local and I can pickup any lab supply that I need for work without waiting for shipping like order through different supplier. There was time that I need beakers, magmatic stirrer bars just come to Lab Pro pickup and I can go back working on my project right away. Also their staff are very helpful and knowledgeable on the items that they are carrying in store.
