LabPro is the supplier of medical supplies in our firm. They deliver the supplies on time. The customer services are great and very much willing to answer all your queries. Variety of lab supplies of LabPro is in good quality thats why we never ever tried lloking for a supplies from other vendors. We are truly satisfied with their products and services.

Strengths: LabPro provides quality Laboratory Equipment, Microscopes, Chemicals and Lab Supplies from Silicon Valley Showrooms and Warehouse.

Needs to improve: none

We use Labpro microscopes and video inspection equipment in our R&D lab. The quality is ok, not as good as Leica or Nikon but very affordable. We also use balances, mixers and stirrers from Lab Pro. Never had any problems.

Strengths: Lab Pro makes a variety of laboratory equipment and precision instruments. They make high quality balances, mixing and stirring and vacuum pumps. They also make low cost microscopes and video inspection equipment.

Needs to improve: None

Lab Pro Inc has been order main vendor for all of our lab supplies. They have always provided us with the best quality lab safety gear and microscopes. All of the microscopes that we have purchased through them have been very easy to use and very durable. The customer service has always answered any questions that we have had and they have a great turnaround time.

LabPro is a great vendor to work with. They are seriously a 1 stop shop for all your lab equipment needs. Very friendly, attentive to details and provide fast and accurate quotes. We are very happy with our purchase of some lab tubing for a client's prototype and will plan to use them again for future needs! A high recommendation from us.

I have always received excellent service, both on the phone and in person. The staff is always willing to spend time looking for the items I need if they do not have them in stock.

Strengths: LabPro has many VWR items in stock and ready for immediate pick-up. Sometimes, you just can't wait!

LabPro is also much easier to deal with than VWR, so going thru them is my preferred method.

Needs to improve: Can be a little more expensive.

We have ordered lab equipment from them in the past. They are a great local Bay Area business that can come through for you in a pinch. The staff is very knowledgable and helpful as well. Their prices are competitive but sometimes they can be the cheapest.

Strengths: Extensive inventory of lab equipment and electronics. And their a local Bay Area business.

Needs to improve: They can run out of what your looking for from time to time.

Since they have a physical storefront, I've used them many times when I couldn't wait for items to be shipped to me. They do charge a premium for the products they carry, but when time is not on your side, Lab Pro comes to the rescue. They offer C of Cs for their chemicals, and always greet you with a smile.

Lab Pro is a great reliable trustworthy company that caries any and all your lab needs. There customer service team is awesome and always professional. We purchase our Lab and medical measuring equipment from Lab Pro and have always been satisfied. All of there equipment is easy to use and learn. They have great deals and competitive pricing.

Strengths: Lab Pro has a wide variety of lab supplies, measuring equipment, and pretty much anything you can find at Fisher Sci or VWR. Their prices are reasonable and their customer service is fantastic. You can pick your items same day which is great for companies in Silicon Valley!

Needs to improve: Some of their items are a little dated. Basically, non-popular items will sit on the shelf until it sells.

LabPro is a good local shop for lab equipment, but sometimes they run out of stocks so have to wait a little longer to receive them as they need to order the items. The staffs are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Needs to improve: they don't keep stocks of everything, they have to order which may take longer time.

We order medical components from Lab Pro never had issues with their product always good quality and functionality. We use there equipment at my work and it's easy and convenient to use. You get what you pay for. All deliveries are always on time. There staff is willing to help you and find the right product your looking for.

If you're in a bind, probably because the line is down and all the head honchos are breathing down your neck to figure out what's wrong with the process, then go to Lab Pro to get your lab supplies. There is a markup, but at least you're not paying and the your boss can get off your back.

A good store when there's no time to wait for someone to ship your supplies. They maintain a very large variety of equipment and supplies. They're not always the cheapest but they are very convenient and maintain great customer service!

We order a variety of different products from Lab Pro as it simply makes our lives easier. Whether it be gloves, chemicals or anything else, their customer service is great and always addresses our needs immediately. Accurate quotes with a fast turnaround. A small shop in the Bay Area, Lab Pro is a gem for purchasing lab equipment and supplies when you’re in a bind and you don’t have the luxury of waiting for items to be shipped. There is a premium for them being a B&M, but you get your items right away.

Order lab supplies from their catalog and go to their store for things that needed right away. Sale person always been helpful. Had nice experiences with them always.

Lab Pro is a great resource for Bay Area labs. Great place to shop for lab supplies (I believe they are a VWR distributor), without having to deal with shipping/wait times. The staff is very helpful and will place orders for any items that are not stocked in the shop.

i commonly come here to pick up lab equipment and supplies. they are local and generally have all the basic lab materials on hand (beakers, tongs, nitrile gloves, etc etc etc). very helpful staff. willing to put orders in if not available on hand
