Laser USA/Laser Light Technologies

We've been using Laser USA for some time now to help with our prototyping materials. They assist us by laser cutting different models to our specifications. Our experience has been that they have delivered on time and with great workmanship. Their quotes are reliable and make sure they deliver the best product possible. They take a little extra time in the scoping, but that is reflected in the end result in that they deliver exactly what you asked for. We will continue to source them for their laser cutting abilities.

We have used Laserlight on a few occasions to laser etch some very small complex components. They are able to hold very tight tolerances and produce very complicated cuts. They have a very knowledgeable team of engineers to help in the design of components as well.

Strengths: Laserlight provides laser micromachining services. Strengths include laser cutting, laser drilling, laser marking, and laser engraving.

Needs to improve: Slow turnaround, slow quotation process.

They are really versed at custom laser patterns with fine materials.

Strengths: I went to them for a tough job laser cutting patterns in thin polyurethane sheet. They handled the job with aplomb, and offered lots of great technical advice.

Needs to improve: They are east coast, which is not really a weakness per se (time and shipping type stuff).

The team was able to understand the requirements and was able to translate that into real concept.
